Total wait time: I ordered my food 36 minutes ago and they keep telling me 5 more minutes 5 more minutes.

Before coming into the store, I asked if my order was ready and the front person later yelled to the back in chinese to ask if the order was ready. I heard them say in Chinese they forgot to make it and said “give me 10 minutes”

Then the lady got back on the phone with me and told me that it will be 15 minutes. So I asked in English if they forgot my order and she said no no we have a lot of orders. So I knew she was lying right away. I waited for those 15 minutes and I went inside and asked if it was ready and that was when they kept telling me five more minutes and I kept checking three more times. The total time between when I put in my order and when I got it was 36 minutes.

Don’t come here unless you have a lot of time to spare and wait in the chairs.

Management needs to help change the customer...

had a weirdly terrible experience.

Two friends and I went in 40 mins before closing. The woman said as soon as we walked in, “we don’t have any boba left.” We say ok no problem we can just get tea without boba. She then says, “the drinks don’t taste good without boba.” Which doesn’t make sense because boba doesn’t add flavor to the tea. So we ask for Thai tea and she begrudgingly enters that order. We asked for 1 order of popcorn chicken and she said, “that won’t be ready until Monday.” Which is strange because it’s Saturday. We asked ‘what food is available’ and she said, “nothing because you came so close to closing.” But we didn’t - closing wasn’t for 40 minutes. I can understand 10 even 20 minutes before you close, but 40? She just didn’t want to serve us and wasn’t trying to hide it at...

Bubble Puff & Tea is small boba tea shop on Pasadena by Colorado blvd near PCC. Interior atmosphere was chill and welcoming. Drink and food items are somewhat limited. I ordered their chocolate egg waffle with mochi filling and avocado smoothie w/ boba. They are really good. The egg waffle was fresh, soft, puffy and warm. Devoured it in a matter of minutes. Similarly, the avocado smoothie (with boba) was cold and fresh. Their boba pearl was chewy, soft, fresh and warm. Prices were fair and competitive. Free a WiFi available. Staff was nice and competent. She’s wearing mask and they have hand sanitizer per health protocol. Street parking only. Overall, I enjoyed my egg waffle with mochi and...
