Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Pasadena

Update: this place gets worst every single visit. One of the employee are very RUDE. I believe her name is Roxanna and RUDE RUDE RUDE... They mess up my order, they made me wait and instead of getting an apology for complaining, she gave an attitude. I took a photo of her back. I hope Dominos management need to address this. Very unprofessional. I told her I am upset because no one explain to me of their mistake but instead I got an attitude? Unacceptable!

I came on a Monday afternoon and placed the order directly at the counter. Two stuff-crust, medium-size pizzas (the deluxe and the meat lovers, also they don't do stuff-crust on large-size pizzas), and one large-size pizza (the 6 cheese one). The service was super fast, the guy that manned the cash register was also helping with the preparation of pizzas. The pizzas were ready in 10 or maybe 15 minutes without any major incidents or hiccups. The pizzas themselves were a total hit and people loved them. I think it's my first time ever ordering Domino's but certainly it won't be my last. The fast speed, great customer service and final end result made...

You would think by placing an order online to have it ready at 6:30 that you would NOT be walking in the door at 7:07 for them to take your money and then realize they never started your order in the first place. Amazing how it only takes 10 minutes to get it right when they had over 30 minutes to get it right the first time.
