El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Pasadena

I ordered the tortilla soup,classic tostada and the fit chicken salad. #1 I was told that the Tortilla soup was amazing not this place it was missing some flavor it looked and tasted like they forgot to add the onions and I got a piece of rib bone in my soup. #2 classic tostada and asked for avocado and I was given avocado salsa. #3 pollo fit chicken avocado salad with cilantro dressing. Salad was good I just think I should've had more than 1 slice of avocado. I don't mind prices going up to pay the employees more money for living but I think the employees need to have more pride in the job and give the customers what they are paying for. Without customers you don't have a job.... I won't come back to this El Pollo loco also the parking is terrible. Oh.. forgot to take...

Pretty great. The location is pretty always solid. The app is bad which can make certain situations kind la difficult and time consuming. But the staff is overall very very good. The managers get the job done, very professional, and the cashier's clear issues quick. The cooks get down and would definitely recommend this location. Just make sure if you want a chicken meal or chicken in general you get there atleast 8pm. Literythe minute after they stop making chicken. You can order other items but if you came for a say $20 family meal. Could be all bad. But great location in all hours...

The problem with this chain is that the CEO and the rest of the management team don't get it yet. The chiquen is tasteless , nothing out of the extraordinary, but sometimes they come up with a good idea to spice it up, like the chicken enchilada, but it doesn't last long, and many times they have nasty ideas like the queso fresco tostadas that thanks God also doesn't last long. I picture this company with a bunch of but kissers telling management the idea is good, but how about doing more research to find out what people really want????. Or Pollo Loco is what the name...
