Made a huge mistake going here on 9/23/2022 at 8:30pm was on my way to chik flia but remember that line will be extremely big since it’s Friday on my way saw that jack in the box didn’t have any line and now I know why. The person taking orders for the drive thru is extremely disrespectful was rushing me through my whole order making me already regret my decision of going there instead of Chick-fil-A as I got to the window you can already see she had an attitude and was rolling her eyes at her co-workers. Another girl served me my food was really nice and very professional. As I left I noticed I was missing items I told my wife to get off and tell them cause I didn’t want to deal with the other girl. She went in and instantaneously knew which girl I was talking about by the look on her face she was greeted by a guy who was very respectful and fixed our order for us as she waited she noticed that same girl now giving him attitude as well. She felt bad and wanted to get her name to make a complaint but surprise surprise she was the only one not wearing a name tag she was a white girl and I believe she needs to be retrained or if she doesn’t like her job perhaps look for another one. I can only imagine what her coworkers go through and I’d be surprised if I’m the only one complaining about her. Read moreWent to get food on 8/22/22 at 6:40pm. First off one of the workers there had her family come in two of which were coughing all over the place. This was after my order had already been placed. 6:50pm still don’t have my food, however 4 cars have already gone through the drive thru. 6:53pm two bags are placed on the counter. Two workers looked absolutely confused on what to do (apparently they are new) go back and forth with the food in hand. A customer (transient) who ordered after me tell them he doesn’t want salt on his fries. Instead of double checking what his order was they take the bags (that turned out to be mine) back and swap the fries. Come back and hand him the bags. He looks in the bags moves stuff around then says “I didn’t order this” the original cashier who took my order told the employee what he orders and she still had a dumbfounded look on her face. At that point it was realized that was my food, and they had screwed up. I asked the Manager (if you even wanna call her that) for my money back, and said to her “The employee should be reading off the order number” her response was “well she’s new so.” What made it worse was she never apologized for the inconvenience. Read moreI went to this location (1415 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91106) at 4:17am on Saturday, December 11th, 2021 and was told over the driver-thru mic that their system is down and they'll be back in 45 minutes. I asked the person if there was another 24 hour Jack in the Box in the area and he said no. In response to me telling the car behind me that they are closed, the person insisted the location isn't closed. I advised not being able to provide the service that is advertised on your sign means you are effectively closed. I came to this location because Google shows it as 24 hours and so does Uber Eats. I could hang placed an order on Uber Eats which I guess I would never have received. If you cannot provide the service, turn off your OPEN sign and put something out to indicate that to people.
