McDonald's — Restaurant in Pasadena

If I could put zero stars I would! Last night I had the absolute worst service ever and I’m not even over exaggerating! I was the fourth person to ask for a return because they were taking forever! I ordered my food at 11:17pm and once the manager asked who has the number 3 I said I did as he was just about to put patties on the grill. I was so in shock because this was 40 MINUTES waiting already!! Why did I wait so long , who the heck knows! I was trying to be nice, holding my tongue but I about lost it once THE MANAGER told me my order just popped up on his screen. I told him I was waiting for 40 mins already and that was ridiculous and would like my money back. But the manager and Charlie made sure their two old coworkers for sure got their meals when they came after myself and a few others. They also gave someone old fries when they were also waiting 30 mins or more and she asked for a return. I wish I got the managers name but he was not fit to be in that position at all. They need new employees and more working the night shift if you have to wait 40 mins to get one burger and fries. That clearly makes zero sense to me! If this service continues I feel it should be closed because they clearly aren’t doing work but getting paid to mess...

This is the worst McDonald's. It says on Google that people usually spend about 20 min here. Lies! Maybe 20 min just to order, then another 30 min to get your nasty, old, cold fries. I showed the cashier my fries and showed her they even had that (old oil/reheated) taste and smell to them. And she tells me that they are all coming out like that, Even tho they are fresh. And that that's the way the are... I guess she must have thought I never go to McDonald's to not know how fries are supposed to be. And another thing. I don't know how people can eat in there. I went in to fill my drink and right there by the soda machine was a strong smell like vomit. 😷 and soda spilled all over the counter. Do your self a favor, and keep walking out. And maybe stop somewhere else, unless you want to eat...

Worst experience in my entire life. I went yesterday evening to this location inside Walmart in Pasadena, I wish I can give cero star. I was waiting for so long and they cancelled my order without telling me anything because they didn't have the BLT sandwich.. the manager was so rude, unprofessional and careless. I don't have his name,but he is short, skinny white man. If they don't want to work or can't handle the position I don't understand what they are doing in a place where they are so unhappy and bitter treating the customer horrible like we are asking for free stuff!! IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE A BAD DAY RUN AWAY FROM THIS...
