Customer Service is stellar! I went in 30 minutes before closing time on the 4th of July. I was greeted by a person with a smile and ready to help me choose a wine. The worker asked me what kinds of wine I liked, where I was going to be drinking the wine (chilled or room temperature), full body vs light, etc. She then chose like 3 different high quality bottles. From there, we started narrowing down to single bottle. She told me price point, the differences between the bottles of wine, and so on. We decided on one and I didn’t leave feeling like I could’ve chose a different one. It tasted amazing. Also, I was going to a picnic but didn’t have a wine opener so she opened and corked it for me. The space is narrow but deep with shallow wine shelves all the way back where you'll find a bar. The woman behind the bar is great.
