Went to Cane's with my family and two friends today at 11. I went to get our meal from the counter and realized it was partially incorrect (no big deal) so, I let the cashier know and she fixed it. When I got to the table I realized they shorted us 2 of the 3 extra sauces WE PAID FOR. So, I went back to the counter and showed my receipt to the lady again. Then as she asked for the two sauces the cook said he did give me the sauces. And I heard her say "so you did.?" As she handed me the sauces I clearly said, where he could hear me, "no he didn't give me the sauces." It was very unprofessional to discuss it in the matter that they did where customers could hear them. Not to mention he messed up my order once already. This hasn't been the only poor experience that we have had. One that occurred just a few weeks prior involved the locations manager. Our order once again was incorrect so we told the girl that brought our food out. (We were shorted a bread with one of our combos) then THE MANAGER came to the table to say he prepared the meals and it wasn't missing. I told him clearly it was and he went to the back and brought out the bread. If we lived closer to a different location I would go there in a heartbeat and not return to this location. No one is taught customer service properly anymore. I understand orders being incorrect (we are human) which I wasn't disappointed with but, when you act like you do no wrong, especially the manager, that I have a big problem with. If your manager sets a poor example there aren't high standards for the rest of the employees either...
Read moreWe came to this place for lunch after I had a 5K run a couple of hours prior, when we came the line wasn't so long for especially 12 at noon. There were I believe 3 or 4 cars In front of us. However when we got to the second window the line took so long, I think someone took about 10 minutes to receive their order. However when we got to the window we got our food really fast and we're able to go. I got the 4 finger box combo. The toast was great with its buttery and salty taste. The texture was very soft. When I got to the fries they weren't as bad as I expected. They were not seasoned however they still tasted amazing and I got a good portion of fries in the box. The chicken, which was the part I was most excited about. It was good with it's juicy inside and it had a variety of different flavors varying on the crisp of the chicken on that bite. More crunchy bites can be compared to KFC, while less crispy bites tasted like a McDonald's Chicken nugget. The Canes Sauce didn't meet the expectations I had expected but they made the chicken and fries both taste better than they were. I got a lemonade for the drink, however since I've only had a lemonade twice so I didn't know what to expect. It was sweet to say the least and It was a great drink to wash down my food. Would recommend for people scouring for new...
Read moreWe have proof that the restaurant says open until 1:00AM!!! We get there on a Tuesday night, at 11:40pm, we got treated with little to no respect, and got told we have to pay for our food to go. We addressed that the restaurant dining space was supposed to be open, due to the fact that the time is literally pasted on there door! When we addressed that, we got treated with a nasty attitude from one of the employees. I believe the manager or at least someone with some what authority, told us we can stay to eat since we were a big party and there were people eating STILL at the dining space. We sat to eat, and at 12:17 they shut off the lights, basically pushing us out through the door. We left, and recorded a video of the lights being dim/off, and the employees were laughing. I would LOVE to talk to this branch’s manager or owner to address the situation more, as this was UNACCEPTABLE. If the employee’s don’t want to work nights, they should request for that specific store to close at 12:00AM, but if it doesn’t, DO YOUR JOB, OR GET ANOTHER ONE! Thankfully, we’re christians, but I can’t imagine what would happen with people with no...
