On this visit, the staff here was not able to follow simple direction. I requested my sweet cream cold brew with no ice. It was as if my very polite request was not heard when I received my drink with you guessed it, ice. This was not the issue I had with the staff of this store. I asked if I could get my drink with no ice as I ordered and the staff proceeded to cut corners and scoop the ice out of my already ice diluted drink with a spoon. I asked if they could just remake it, which they did, but this time they pour less than the amount of cold brew in the cup. I don't think this is how you go about providing a solution to a customer who has already been waiting very long for their drink in the first place. They cut corners again by not foaming the cold foam thick enough and just pouring the half thickened foam into the new cup and trying to hand it to me. All I wanted was for the drink to be made correctly. Hopefully this is a one off incident, but maybe it is an isolated incident that is linked only to this location. The experience I had with the staff here was pretty unprofessional and disappointing. The Starbucks not too far closer to the Best Buy is a lot better in terms of quality...

Today I was seating autside on my phone when I noticed that a manager an maybe a regional manager both female approached a homeless man that was searing next to me and they asked him to leave, he ask them if he can be their becouse he did not want to be at the heat he was trying too cool down. They insist and they poor homeless left and he sat on the parking lot. I dicide to do something and I ask this young man if he need something to drink, I walk with him to Starbucks and when they look at him walking in you should see the faces of the 2 managers. I got him a drink and food. I also let him know that he can be seating outside and rest. Shame on the 2 managers this homeless man is a human being and was only resting. I went to coffee bean across the street and had a very very bad experience per my review about coffee bean. I went to this Starbucks and asked for an Americano the lady was very helpful as she saw me walk through the door without a mask and took the proactive approach and gave me a mask without me asking for one.
I asked for a tall Americano and explained the horrible experience I had a coffee bean. She upgraded the drink from a tall to a venti in order to make a bad experience into a good one. I was very happy at the fact that she was able to do this and turn my frown upside down. I can't explain how much Starbucks customer service is superior to coffee bean...
