Worst customer service in a while I always Pick up my order from here before work or before church or after work. Since it’s really close to our house. My mom has a Regular drink usually orderers, She ordered a Venti and they gave it to her like half full Which this like the second time they’ve done it. So my mom asked is this correct because The previous barista made so nice. the girl was sweet and said it’s because of light ice my mom looked at the order and said there no light ice on this order can go check. She comes back with a male manger that is so rude telling my mom that it’s Policy to fill up halfway now and giving her attitude. so my mom was like well can you fix my drink because this not how they make it he said yah for an extra price…. He was super rude… my mom was like just add ice to my drink and that’s fine then another Barista came out with my husband order talking about it was Three shots of espresso my husband was confused and told her no it’s Should be a white chocolate mocha …. And she was looking confused we asked if they can look at the order again because it seemed like they were getting the orders mixed up but the manger again was rude and said it was correct. forget ever coming to this Starbucks again. I’ll drive farther to get better service and for people not to yell at my mom. Read moreService was amazing! New place, new employees, hard working to learn everything there is to about making this place Starbucks! Critics I assume don’t understand that it does take time to make drinks and are those whom assume they “deserve their stuffs instantly” or don’t understand that “Grand Openings” mean that they are learning to balance inventory, busy and slow times for hours over under, etc. All while trying to deal with customers who EXPECT ALL things to just “work”. And forget THIS PLACE IS NEW!
These Employees move! They were putting together a huge order. In-between made my order and two other customers along with a drive thru!
Order: UnderToe 3shots, Black 8oz Coffee and some Nitro Cold chocolate thing for my wife. It’s been 6years since I have had a correct UnderToe made. When the warm hot and cold roll over the tongue in a way like a UnderToe of the seas current pulling the heat back out.
I cannot wait to see this store grow! Don’t take the negative reviews to heart. They are frustrated people whom expect everything to work out the way they want. So please! Go see for yourself!
Obviously we are all human and errors occur and need to be held accountable for.

Read moreI asked to use my points BEFORE letting the girl scan the app… like I do at every other Starbucks. She scans it, and it charges my account. She has the nerve to say “You were probably in the wrong spot to claim it or something”. What?! More like you don’t know what you’re doing.
I drove off and sipped my coffee. It was almond milk. I ordered, and emphasized I wanted a honey flat white. I said nothing of almond milk. So I turn back around to get it fixed. She comes back and says, “Well, we have a honey almond milk flat white so that’s why it comes like that.” I replied “So when I order a flat white any other place that automatically comes with almond milk, or just when I add the word honey in front of it”. She says yes.
Now, what if I was highly allergic to nuts?! Again, she doesn’t know what she’s doing - but tries to make it seem like it’s my fault. I don’t think so. I’ll take the extra few minutes to drive somewhere else, but the second experience (in the same trip) is unsettling for those that are allergic to nuts. That’s someone’s life, a kids life, anyone.
