Subway — Restaurant in Pasadena

Over the past 2 years This Place has a habit of always being out of items. Now when they make sandwiches they use as less items as they possibly can I ordered a foot long and a lady stood over the other lady as she proceeded to add 4 pepper slices to a foot long sandwich. They dont use the proper salad containers, they never give you the extra proteins you purchase when ordering online, nor do they forewarn you they are out of items you order. I walked in this morning. Employee was making a tuna sub. that's exactly what I wanted .can I order a tuna sub. and she tells me we don't have any more tuna fish,🤨 so anyway? now she proceeded to the back and came back with more tuna .Great! Anyway I looked at the lettuce and it was wilted and brown.. I asked Her was there any other lettuce. She replied no. I’m surprised this location remains open. The vegetable selection is always either old or out of stock. The service here continues to dwindle as the employees never seem to care if you’re satisfied with how they handle your food. I’ve come to this location as it is closer than the other subway stores, but I will gladly go to another location than to waste my time with this one. You all can keep your brown lettuce and lousy customer service...
