Bruchi's — Restaurant in Pasco

I had high hope. I have eaten at the one in Pasco and the other one on gage. I was disappointed In the one on court street. When it first opened I went and ordered a cheese steak supreme with no bun. It was around $9 dollars and when I got it, it was maybe three bits. Today my friend and others in the office wanted Bauchi’s. 3 of us got the kids cheese burger and fries. Our friend picked it up and brought it to work. The hamburgers were smashed on one side and the fries were also smashed as if someone just shuffled all 3 orders in the same bag without a care. I wish I would have gotten a photo but we were hungry and it was better than nothing. A smashed burger and half cooked fries. We also got sprite with it and it tasted like it was watered down. I don’t think I will go back to the one on court...

The food is OK if a bit lacking in flavor. Don't go in if you're in any sort of hurry. It took a half hour from entering the drive through to leaving, with only two cars in front of me.

At the order screen there was the longest delay I've ever had at a drive-through before they said "Sorry for the wait, I'll be with you in a moment." Five minutes later I said "...Hello?" and I finally was prompted to place my order.

I should know better... I mean, who goes to a place that specializes in cheesesteak sandwiches and orders a salad... I did and I won't make that mistake again! There was quite a bit of rotten lettuce and the steak was tough.

Service was great, friendly staff and food service was fast.

Atmosphere was nice, this is probably the largest Bruchi's I've been in and it appeared to be very clean. If I wasn't gluten intolerant, I'd definitely go back to have a sandwich but the salads... I'd suggest...
