A VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE, TODAY.
I wanted to use some coupons I received in the mail but was told I can't. I asked why I can't and the answer was I only can use 2; I wanted to use 3 coupons. I told the lady that this is the first time I was told that and need to talk to a manager. She said you need to come inside to do that. I insisted to talk to her where I was (the drive true) she agreed and said to come to the window however the manager on duty told me very angerly that they are running on a timer and because of that I have to come in to use my coupons because it's a fast food here (her words) Really, I thought you're there to serve customers but I suppose on your time not there's. Lady, I don't think you're corporation spends 1000s of dollers to add upset customers but to gain more happy ones. One customer even 10 customers adding 1 minute each to your timer on a daily basis will not change your time much. But letting the whole world know how badly you treat your customars will have a much longer lasting consequence. And, I really don't think burger King wants you to have fast times by refusing to serve customers or may be they do....
Read moreWent through the drive through at about 11:50 am today. I ordered the $12.99 family bundle (3 whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, 3 small fries). I was asked if I had a coupon to which I replied that I received the offer online. There was no reply. I could hear people talking and after several minutes I tried to get their attention but...nothing. I pulled forward, waited for 3 or 4 other cars to make their way through and finally made it to the window. The assistant manager, Ana, asked if I had a certain order and I said I didn't even know if I ordered at all. I told her what happened and she said, "oh, I thought you were looking for a coupon online. So that was her excuse for totally ignoring me. I showed here what I wanted, on my phone, and added 2 large drinks. She gave me the total ($19 and some change), got my order ready and sent me on my way. I think she said she was sorry but I was a little hot by then so I'm not sure. There's no excuse for her not replying and instead just letting me sit there. I'm all for supporting businesses during this covid mess but I won't be supporting...
Read moreOriginally I was happy there would be a burger king on rd 68, but this is by far the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Ordered a 2 for $10, And first off the fries were cold as soon as we got the food. The chicken in the sandwiches was so hard and old it was impossible to chew, and we weren’t given a receipt. This place was absolutely disappointing. We returned to the restaurant through the drive thru and asked for our money back in return for the uneaten food. Anna, the manager who attended us was rude, and apprehensive as soon as we pulled up just asking to give back the “food” and have our money back. When we originally pulled into the drive thru there were zero cars. When we left the drive thru for the second time, there were zero cars. Just don’t come here it’s not worth you...
