Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Pasco

As I entered I knew what to order. There where two younger men behind the counter, more busy with drive trough customers than people in-door. Another couple where waiting for their three pizzas, how long they had been waiting I don't know. While waiting to be helped, I noticed how dirty the place was. Floors wasn't swept, dust and dirt was there. Even more noticeable was the counters, where pizzas are prepared. They were not clean at all, remains of other pizza preparation were very visible, which should have given me one of some red warning lights, as I know am bending over the toilet at home throwing up. Writing this in-between. One of the young men kept using his gloved hand wiping his nose while preparing the other couples three pizzas. I never saw anyone change gloves during my time in there. I truly hope they faired better.

Would I recommend this place? No! Thank goodness I kept...

They should have a sign at the entrance of the drive thru saying that they are no longer taking orders at the window. I spend about 15 minutes behind other cars at the drive thru that apparently ordered online just to find out that I wasn’t going to get service after waiting so long. This is the conversation with the girl at the window. Me: I want to order a Papa Favorites. Girl: Oh we are not taking orders at the window any more. Look it says it here on this paper on the window. Me: You guys should have a sign at the entrance of the drive thru. Girl: Oh really? Me: Yes! I just spent 15 minutes behind other cars waiting my turn to order. Girl: Oh really. Me: Yes!

Then after ordering the pizza inside they said that it would be really in 5 minutes but it wasn’t. It took...

Not going here anymore. Got one of those stuffed pizzas, light sauce, their most popular I guess, had everything in it, and a cheese with extra cheese and their garlic sauce on it. Okay so light red sauce must mean NO sauce cause that's what it was and garlic sauce couldn't even taste, which I DID NOT order light sauce on, that was no where to be found! Hardly anything in the stuffed pizza, no cheese in the stuffed crust either! Oh and be careful following the cooking instructions, you will get burnt crust if you do, and we didn't even leave it in as per instructions. YUCK all the way around!!! Oh bread sticks were okay.
