UScellular & T-Mobile Authorized Retailer — Local services in Pasco

Before going into this store I was trying to get my US cellular phone switched over to metropcs (better plan imo) but they told me I needed to take my phone to a us cellular so I could get it unlocked.

Went in to this store to get my phone unlocked and they told me I couldn't switch to metropcs even if the phone was unlocked and tried to get me to sign up for a contract - I felt a little pressured and denied and left.

I later got my phone unlocked and went back to metropcs and it worked. So either they don't know what they're talking about or straight up lied to me to get me to sign up for a contract.

Will be staying away from this one until they get their act together. Will update if this changes but i don't see myself going back...

this is for sure the worst company if you are planning on getting phone service from them don’t they will tell u it’s a free phone case and screen protector and they will end up charging u them the next time ur payment is due or if u ask why they are charging more than what they said they will say that it’s for the service u didn’t pay for when u payed sense the beginning it’s the worst company yet i don’t recommend you getting phone...

This store is awful. I have been in twice they only ever have one dude and they have lines that make you wait half an hour. I've showed up once during business hours and it was locked and no one was in the store. You will save your self time by going to an actual Us cellular store and not the "authorized retailer."
