Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Paso Robles

By far the worst fast food joint I've ever been to. I've been to other locations and they are alright but this one I will NEVER set foot in agian for any reason.

I stopped here on company time for what I thought would be a "quick" bite but boy was i wrong.

Let's start with the cleanliness, TERRIBLE. The dirtiest location I've been to so far my partner and I chose the least dirtiest table and still had to wipe it down ourselves.

Service, also terrible and very rude. The lady at the counter barely understood a word of English and was very VERY rude to me but acted like the miscommunications we had were my fault. Her attitude from the beginning was garbage.

Finally after ordering and getting it right we sat for close to 10 mins waiting and when we got our food (4 tacos for my partner and 2 tacos and a chicken club for me) the food was cold. But we were starving so we ate. The tacos were good but on my chicken club I was given Basically a 1/2 of the chicken that normally comes on it. I will try to add a pic it's actually pretty funny. My food sat ready to be bagged but No they kept serving drive up instead and when I walked in to order there was only 1 car in the drive through . A guy finally walked up to the counter and took my order so I waited for my order and waited and waited . I waited between 5 to 7 minutes and I see my food just sitting there so I said can I have my food please and they looked at me so I said yes my food it's sitting right there and it better not be cold . Not only were the curly fries cold they were hard and my Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger was also gold. So I asked for fresh food and that pissed them off so I said I'll take my money back and the guy said ahhh I said yes my money here's my receipt so he took the receipt and I said I paid with my Bank Debit Card so he rang up $1.15 to Charge Me for using my bank card which I already paid the first time . I said No I want the whole $14.92 back he just looked at me so I said are we going to have a problem so he gave it all back . My grandson needed to use the restroom but it had a code lock on the door. As we ordered I asked for the code from the manager and she said they couldn't give out the code and she would open it when she got a chance. When we got our order I again asked for the code and she replied we are not allowed to give the code. I asked her to please open the door and she said when I get a chance I will. I insisted that he needed the restroom NOW! I can understand being careful who the code is given to, but honestly I am 61 years old and my grandson is 15 and we are clean and well groomed.
