Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Passaic

1 star because I had no choice, but this place should be NEGATIVE!!!!! I ordered 2 pies & winngs and they took almost 4 hours to deliver a pizza that's less than a mile away. They never called me to warn about the stupid delay on this nasty order, but when I tried calling to figure out the status on my pizza, some very unprofessional girl was extremely rude and said basically oh well the people before you waited a longer time they waited 2 hours and a half and said the order would arrive in another 45minutes and DISCONNECTED the call. After an hour we called again to check the status again!!! She said the delivery man was on his way, but of course took centuries. You would think they would have satisfying pizza to make up for their service but SIKEEEE! Pizza was cold and one of the sauces was open!! I called again and a so called "manager" picked up the phone and I explained the terrible experience I've been through and he said to call back for store credit because I couldn't get a refund. A few days later, I called to get free pizza, some employee was so rude (SHOCKER) and said there wasn't a manager with that name (FRAUD) and that it was going to be a heck of a wait again. IN CONCLUSION I WAS AFRAID OF WHAT THESE PEOPLE WOULD DO TO MY FOOD WITH THEIR SHADY SERVICES SO I DECIDED NEVER TO ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. I will NEVER order from this place again. Just gave them a bad review on their survey and also on the Domino’s customer service site, not sure if it'll make a difference on their customer service or lack thereof!! Ordered 2 medium pies and 2 orders of MILD buffalo wings and got my order 2 hours later. On the “online tracker” my order had been ready 20 minutes after it was placed but didn’t get to me for another hour and 45 minutes. I called the store and the lady who answered said the driver just left with some orders that were placed before yours, mind you, by this time I had already let a WHOLE hour pass, meaning my pizza had been sitting there for 40 minutes waiting to be picked up, she said you can cancel the order if you’d like! Almost another hour later and to make matters worse our driver was just relaxing in his car before he came out the car and walked to the house to give us our order. The pizza was stale as heck and the wings were BBQ and not Buffalo...it seems like everyone has the same problem with this local Domino’s! Ordered my food (2 pies and wings) at 9:29 pm. At 10:11 pm my food still had not arrived and the tracker said it was still being made. By the way, the store is literally down the street and around the corner from my house. Called the store and the lady proceeded to tell me that my order was already finished and they were just waiting for a delivery person because it was busy and the weather was bad. She told me to call back in 30 minutes if it didn’t arrive. I called back at 10:45 and she was being very rude telling me that there was a lot of people in front of me and even encouraged me to cancel my order. She also told me my meal wasn’t even finished yet when she just told me it was already done. She told me my meal will take 2 more HOURS to get to me. At this point I was angry, so I went to the store myself. Everyone was just sitting around and they didn’t even know my order. Sat there for another half an hour waiting for my meal. The manager “apologized” for the wait and gave me a free soda. Whole meal should have been free!!! Will NEVER order from them again. Terrible, terrible TERRIBLE service.
