Oui chef pizza truck — Restaurant in Passaic

I’m pregnant and I was really craving authentic Italian pizza. I went to the pizzeria that I usually go and it was closed 😢. I was sooooo upset, but then we found this on google and OMG! It satisfied my cravings. Pizza was delicious. I loved the fact that a food truck has this kind of pizza, because since our dog was with us she was able to sit right next to us, as we enjoyed this flavorful, delicious pizza. The best part is that we didn’t even have to wait 10 min as they had told us. Honestly I was really impressed with the taste of the pizza. They also gave a sample of the tiramisu. Legit taste. You in the mood for some oven style personal pizza? Check em out. I tried the Margherita pizza and the Hawaiian style pizza. Honey isn't spicy at all (a topping of the Hawaiian pizza). Very tasty. Clean. Crust was delicious. It's a food truck location. People are super friendly. And there's a chill environment. They had outdoor seating. I came around 9pm.

First time trying Oui Chef Pizza and I was not disappointed! I recommend the Pizza Bianca which comes with fresh mozzarella, whipped ricotta, gorgonzola cheese, prosciutto, arugula and balsamic glaze. As you can see in the picture, there is a lot of care that goes into the preparation and all the ingredients are fresh. The customer service was great and the pizza came out surprisingly fast.
