Clearly this Wendy’s was short staffed this evening and the staff should be COMMENDED for their HARD WORK. This establishment was particularly busy because it was dinner time but you can see how hard the staff (of only five) were working. The drive thru was about 8-10 cars deep and there were about 6-8 parties waiting for their orders inside. There was only 1 gentleman taking orders at the counter, 2 women making the food, 1 gentleman running the orders and the friendly woman at the drive thru window! They actually forgot my small fries at the drive thru in my order so I went back inside and the guy at the counter who I believe was the manager was very apologetic and gave me a large fries. The woman who took my order at the drive thru was extremely polite and friendly even though she was doing multiple things at the same time!! She was taking orders, filling orders, taking money and helping her colleagues as much as she could. ⭐️Whom ever the district Manager is of this particular Wendy’s, you have a very hard working and dedicated staff and they should be commended for doing the work of multiple people due to the short-staffed situation that evening! Dear Wendy’s Corporate,
I am writing to formally complain about my recent experience at your Passaic location. Today, after I placed my order and received my receipt, the supervisor and manager realized they had forgotten to include a Frosty. Instead of addressing the issue properly, they charged my card again after I had already been given my receipt and driven off.
This behavior is completely unacceptable. If I see two charges from Wendy’s on my account once the payment clears, I will be filing a fraud claim. I expect immediate action to resolve this matter.
