Grab & Go — Restaurant in Paterson

I hate to give not great reviews to what seems like nice people, but the point of this app is to get accurate reviews to make informed choices. The fact of the matter is, both on the phone and in delivery, these people are friendly, professional, quick, everything you'd want. The only problem is that the food itself is pretty disappointing. Smells great, that's what got me to try them - co-workers ordering delivery from them. But then after receiving soggy and poorly seasoned hot wings and fries (and I was pretty hungry, but then struggled to eat it), and asking around among co-workers, apparently that's the concensus on this place's food. Sorry, Grab & Go, I wanted to give you a better review based on service, but the food itself seems to have a lot of room for improvement. Great food but customer service is so bad. I called for delivery and the delivery guy showed up after 95 minutes so I told him before he passed me the food that if the food is cold I’m refusing it and he passed me the order so I open the bag front of him and I felt the order and it wasn’t even warm so I refused to pay for it and I return it to him but he refused to take from me so I put it on his car so he called the cops for me and he stayed blocking my driveway for about 20 minutes then he left. I hope the owner see this post and he make reaction because this is going to take the business all...

Chicken cheesesteak rocks!! The most cleanest, most fresh, and most delicious spot in Paterson! And they’re always consistent ! Never let me down. Every week me and my family religiously have lunch on Sundays from them, and my kids frequently get their school lunch for them and their friends when they have time in the morning. Amazing atmosphere and the crew is just above and beyond for what you’d suspect to be your “average deli” in Paterson....
