I have seen this place in downtown Paterson for such a long time but never stepped foot inside to taste pupusas, a classic dish from El Salvador. šøš» Itās a very friendly place, with nice mural paintings, and a bar. They played music which gave the upbeat ambiance. I ordered two pupusas: pupusa de queso (with cheese) and pupusa revuelta (mixed with beans, cheese, and chicharrón (pork)). It was really fluffy and delicious. I also tried the tamal de elote which was basic but the cream was really good. (A bit salty but I thought it was a perfect compliment to the tamal). As a drink, I ordered sebada which looked and tasted like pepto bismol. š The place was a good spot to try Salvadorian food for the first time. It made me excited to want to try more dishes at other spots. . . . #njeats #foodinnj #elsalvadorianfood #salvadorianfood...
