Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Peachtree City

My order totaling $36.02 WAS NEVER DELIVERED. I placed the order through door dash at 1:42pm and I figured that it would be about 2:25 - 2:35pm before my pizza arrived right? that is plenty of time to make and deliver my pizza right? WRONG I finally called door dash at 2:40pm because on the app it said that no dasher had accepted the order yet so I was looking to get a refund. WELL APPARENTLY this dominos "provides their own delivery service" and does not provide the option for dashers to pick up the food. this dominos is SUPPOSED to send one of their own drivers out to deliver the pizza. well this dominos so conveniently finally sent out their driver right as the doordash representative was trying to contact them (for the 3rd-4th time might I add) and they said that because they had already sent out their driver that it was not possible for me to get a refund and basically told the doordash rep "sorry not sorry" so I was put to the task of contacting dominos myself when I finally got the notification from the doordash app that the driver had FINALLY dropped off my food at 3:02pm. do you think I saw it when I opened the door...? NO I DID NOT!!! THAT PIECE OF CRAP NEVER DELIVERED IT!!! So I tried to call dominos again and no one answered after about 5 mins of being on hold and so I called back and the same thing happened 5 MORE TIMES!!! 5!! I am calling corporate to see if anything can be done because now I don't have enough money to try and get dinner from somewhere else tonight and the leftovers were supposed to be for my breakfast/lunch tomorrow as well so now I have to go without dinner tonight and breakfast/lunch tomorrow because this location is a piece of crap that doesn't deserve to be open if this is how they are...

I ordered a pizza as I have done every Friday for the last 3 years. The only difference was this order was placed on a Friday afternoon instead of my regular Friday night. It took longer than usual for the pizza to arrive. When I saw the pizza and wings I immediately called the store and stated that the quality of the pizza was not there and I wanted to share this information. The person who answered immediately hung up the phone. I called back and they did not answer. I got into my car and went to the store, only to be disrespected by the young man who was there. He said the pizza looked fine ….. it did not and he was not going to remake the order. He stated he was the Manager when I requested the Manager. His rude behavior and disrespect was so undesired. I never cursed at him and again re stated that I have been ordering from this location for 3 years every Friday and I know their food quality is better than this. He refused to remake the order. I finally had to use my pizza rewards in( free pizza ) to get at one of the 2 pizzas replaced. Needless to say, I will NEVER 👎🏽 order from Dominos again. After all there are other Pizza Restaurants to order from. I did want to share this experience though. I also recorded the incident on my phone if the REAL MANAGER would...

I usually have a good experience with this Dominos, however on 10/24/21 I placed an order for a single pizza at around 9pm. It was a pizza that I used reward points on and mainly just needed something quick for dinner as I had gotten off work late that night and didnt have much time to stop for anything along the way. At 9:07pm, I received the notification that my food was being prepared. Some time went by, and at around 11:00pm, after waiting for nearly 2 hours, I recieved a call and subsequent voicemail that they were unable to "take" any more deliveries that night and that my order was being cancelled.

Had I recieved that call/voicemail 30 mins or so after I had placed the order, it would not have been that big of a deal, but instead, after ordering almost 2 full hours prior, I am informed that not only was my order apparently never even started, but that they also would not be able to take any more deliveries that night. Not much open in Peachtree City after 11pm on a sunday night. Thanks for the heads up Dominos. In the future I think I will go for something a bit more reliable.

My reward points weren't refunded either, but thats probably for the best. It saves me from being let down by this store again...
