Everything about this place says, come back and bring your friends!! Right in the heart of Peachtree City. Let me be the first to dig deep and tell you all about it, if I may. I must mention that their menu is exquisite, but their signature dishes include their handmade dumplings. And they make these unctious, startlingly delicious dumplings right before your eyes!!
I made a few inquiries and got a few bits of inside information...
This is not a franchise, they own their own restaurants. So they control quality and how things are done at each location. Peachtree City is not their only location they have one in Alpharetta and in Chamblee, that Chamblee location just opened
They make their tea fresh every morning so at the end of the day, it's thrown away. It's gotta be fresh, I like that.
If you're really into tea or Bubble Tea you've just gotta try theirs. They make their fruit tea with loads of fresh fruit and a bit of fruit syrup, they use healthy Red Tea for their Milk Tea and Green Tea is added to their fruit teas
another honorable mention is that they get their products from reputable suppliers like Costco and Sysco. This means that fruits and vegetables and other ingredient products are quality products, not unknowns. They want their brand to be superior so they don't just get their products from just anybody.
last but certainly not least: sorry to say you won't see Dumpling Master at any of the local outdoor festivals or foodie fairs. They care very much that their dishes are made fresh and served right to you. That's their mission so keeping meats, fruits and vegetables at the right temperature is key. They prefer not to step away from their in-house kitchen and freezer/fridge environment... that way, they can ensure the freshest ingredients stay fresh. As much as I think they could use the exposure to get more customers, I find this stance on quality admirable!!
On this visit I tried their soup dumplings which was divine... And no, they are not in a soup, nor is there soup inside of them... the flavor was like chinese soup. They came to the table by a rolling robot delivery server in a bamboo steamer, hot and freshly made. There are different sauces already on the table... But the soup dumplings come with their own dipping sauce. It was delectable. I like the way this place does business, it's a bit ahead of its time, very self-service and techno. Use the QR code on your phone camera to scan the menu. Self-serve water station was a nice touch, and you will enjoy standing in front of the glass screen watching their culinary artisans make the dumplings one by one. Definitely a must-go-again place. I like...
Read moreYuuuummmmmy! Stumbled on this restaurant and what a pleasant surprise. My husband and I love Dim Sum and we ordered a bunch of menu items thinking they would be small portions. We had enough food for several meals! Generous sized portions, dumplings and buns. Reasonably priced. We spent about $30/per person, but we ordered a lot more food than we needed to not realizing the large portions. I’d say you could spend $10-$20 and get a full meal for one…The fried rice was flavorful, delicious and very light (not greasy). We ordered the BBQ pork buns (so soft & fluffy!), sesame balls (subtly sweet & my favorite item!), veggie & chicken dumplings and the beef sheng jian bao. Everything was really tasty and very fresh! Service was very fast. Sometimes a robot delivered the food to our table, which was fun. Atmosphere is very clean, open and inviting. Felt “fast food” with how quick everything came out, but much nicer and higher quality food. Takeout is easy. You can watch them make the dumplings from scratch through a glass wall - pretty cool. The table next to us got noodle soup and it looked amazing. Can’t wait to come back and try that! So excited this place exists in PTC! Will definitely be back soon to try everything.
UPDATE: Went back to try the noodle soup and…it was amazing!!! 🤩 Very filling, flavorful and light. Wasn’t greasy or too salty like some Ramen can be. Included a delicious broth, egg noodles, hard boiled egg, protein (chicken), bok choy and scallions (green onion). Enjoyed every...

Dumpling Master gets it right from start to finish. Typically, when I visit a Chinese restaurant, I brace myself for subpar cleanliness and lackluster service. But Dumpling Master defies all those expectations in the best way possible, leaving me eager to return—even though it's a bit of a trek for me.
The food here is nothing short of phenomenal. The dumplings and siu mai are, without exaggeration, the best in the universe. Each bite bursts with flavor, and the generous portions ensure you'll leave satisfied. The Shanghai noodles are another highlight—perfectly balanced in taste and texture.
What sets Dumpling Master apart is its exceptional service. The staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, making the entire dining experience seamless and enjoyable. The restaurant itself is clean and inviting, which is a refreshing departure from the norm.
The only slight hiccup was the coconut buns I ordered. They seemed to be missing the coconut and tasted more like condensed milk and flour. Still, they were enjoyable, just not what I expected.
Overall, Dumpling Master is a rare find, combining outstanding food, generous portions, and top-notch service. I will definitely be back, and I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an unforgettable...
