So I just pulled up to Dunkin’ and ordered 2 maple-bacon croissant sandwich & 1 Lg hot macchiato w/oat milk & 1 Lg cold vanilla bean coolatta. So you must be wondering why the 1 star.. well my experience sucked. The macchiato was lukewarm and I requested no foam. Well the service clerk told me with an attitude that ,”I used the last of the oat milk so I don’t know. Also that’s how the macchiato comes with foam so there’s no way to remove the foam”! Now I wouldn’t have minded if when I told her that my macchiato was lukewarm she’s would have taken it from me and made me a fresh cup but she rolled her eyes, pursed her lips and hesitated to take the cup. The lid was also falling off so if the contents was hot I would have been burnt should it spill. The service is deplorable and this staff needs to be either terminated or retrained. This is the food service industry and it’s pretty early (noon) in the day for her to be having such a bad day. But it wasn’t just her but other staff members. I will never patronize this particular Dunkin’ in Peachtree city! What makes matters worst , she reheated it and brought it back with the faulty lid & the cup So it nearly spilled and the contents is indeed hot now. Very poor customer service, the employees and manager on shift by the name of Jacob never once greeted me and upon finally speaking to me, asked if I was going to buy something after I just sat down and took out my computer to take advantage of wifi and what I thought would have been a relaxed working environment like that of "STARBUCKS". I told him politely yes and asked if there was a specified amount of time in which I needed to purchase something, he could not answer me and began to ask me to leave. I again asked him why and he told me that I was "loitering" and trespassing, I asked again how and then he told me he was calling the cops because I refused to leave. All I wanted was answers to why I was being treated like anything other than a customer ? Ive made multiple purchases from the same location plenty of times and I have spent plenty of money on there products and will not spend another penny in any location because of the way I was treated on that one experience and will gladly do my best to share my personal experience. Read moreThis is the WORST Dunkin Donuts store I have ever come across! Today I sat in the drive thru line for 16 minutes after placing my order at the speaker. I had ordered 2 medium iced coffees with caramel and cream; Instead, I got iced coffees with cream and sugar. Granulated sugar. In iced coffee. So I had grainy gritty coffee that I couldn't even finish. Anytime I order ahead on the app, and even select "I'm on my way" 10 minutes before I get there. I will still end up waiting for 10 minutes when I arrive for my iced coffee. On many occasions, I've ordered a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese, and they will give me plan cream cheese. Also multiple times I have ordered a pastry of some sort, then get up to the window and pay, only for them to tell me they're out of whatever I just ordered.
