I am baffled at the service that we just received at this location!!! The gentleman working was rude and snappy from the second we stepped in the door. He was short tempered with us as we ordered our sandwich. Asked if we wanted onions and peppers and after telling him no peppers, he loaded our sandwich with peppers! We have had guests from England visiting for the last 2 weeks and haven't come across a single rude person until this stop on our way to the airport for them to return home. The employee offered them bread options and when they told him their choice, he snapped that it wasn't an option even though he had just said it was. Never were we asked if we wanted anything extra on our 3 sandwiches and after basically throwing them in our faces, my husband asked for some banana peppers and again...he was snapped at by this man that he should have asked for them before they made the sandwich. He simply wanted a cup of banana peppers on the side. I cannot believe how we were treated during our entire interaction with this employee. I don't know his name as he didn't have a name tag on, but he does not need to be working in the service industry if this is how he treats people. This must be common as the other reviews complain of poor service and throughout the 30 minutes that we were in the restaurant there wasn't a single other cusomer to walk...
Read moreI have given this restaurant so many chances, it’s a shame. From calling and someone “almost” saying hello, me asking if this is Jersey Mike’s, and the answer is “yeah”... to a pickup order not being completed over 40 minutes after due time, and being told it will be at least another hour because the bread isn’t ready... to a recent delivery order on the app where after 20minutes after the estimated delivery time, I call and am told “it’s sitting here” and “we can’t control the delivery” (even though this was through THEIR app), and I’m told “I can come pick it up”. (If I had a vehicle I wouldn’t have schedule delivery in the first place). Then you mention the status hasn’t been updated and released to their delivery partner PER THEIR APP and messages... magically within 5 minutes it is updated. Management sure seems to reply to feedback here, however, you complete the surveys after delivery or submit on the corporate website and it’s crickets. Go to one of the other 15 sandwich shops in town. Pretty sure any one of them will give a better experience on multiple levels. It’s a shame. Most other Jersey Mike’s franchises care about their product AND their customer service.
** so. I tried to call the number for the concerned owner in their reply. Rings. Answers. Automated voice says “thank you. Goodbye”....
Read moreI’m not one to post reviews especially bad ones. I like to think everyone has a bad day and will try one more time before I write a company off. Yesterday we placed an order for three sandwiches at 11:43am. Estimated time of delivery was 12:25pm. I followed the status of the driver and he arrived to your store at 12:15pm but we did not receive our food until 12:45. We were not that upset about the length of time, it was lunch time after all. We received two out of the three sandwiches that we ordered and out of the two that we did receive only one was correct. I called the store immediately to get a new order but there was no answer. It is now 24 hours later and my husband and I have both tried calling to get our money refunded at this point at least 30 times and I have yet to have someone answer the phone. I have no choice but to post this bad review because I can’t get anyone to answer the phone! Btw...we have ordered from this store a few times in the past and it’s been good. Timely...
