The only good thing I can say is that the tamales are good. The beans are consistently cold. The customer service today was absolutely terrible. It was during rush hour and they were packed. We ordered 2 meals (tamale/beans/rice) and a to-go order. We got the 2 tamales on a single plate with just a fork and knife. Minutes later, we got a single plate of beans with a spoon. No rice ever came. Our meals only consisted of 1 tamale and some beans each. We worked out the eating utensils with what we were given, and later asked the man who took our order if we were supposed to get rice with our meals. Beside us, the man was conversing with the woman that served us and it turns out that they had forgotten to bring the rice to us so they asked if we wanted it with our to-go order and we said yes. Since we bought 2 meals, we were supposed to get 2 servings. When we went to pay, they tried to charge us $3 for a single small serving of rice! We tried numerous times to explain to the cashier what had happened and they kept arguing with us that we had to pay for the rice. After a couple of minutes, they went back to supposedly speak to someone and came back with the same story, even though at least 2 people in the restaurant area knew the situation. I finally told the cashier to forget the rice and we ended up paying full price for 2 meals, while only receiving 2/3 of the meals. As much as I do enjoy the tamales, I will absolutely not...
Read moreThis is the type of food that I dream about eating when I go to sleep. The type of food I start craving out of nowhere. If you haven't tried it yet, I wholeheartedly recommend everything here.
I've always been an enchilada hater, but I think it was because I never found a good one and the Enchiladas Verdes here blew my socks off. I am a fan now, it was genuinely the BEST one I've ever had. The mexican rice and beans as a side were phenomenal when eaten together. They were okay separately, but I mixed the two together and they were mind blowing. I have also tried their chorizo and chicken taco. I'm a chicken fan but their chorizo takes the cake. That chorizo taco with the two sauces that they give you will stay on your mind until you drop by again. I've had their pollo de crema and I don't know what I expected from the chicken but it was so creamy, flavorful, and filling. It paired excellent with their in-house sauces. Now, the best thing I've tried there so far is their chicken torta. I dream about this torta till this day, I long to go back just for this one thing and it's the whole reason I'm writing this review. Try it with the sauces.
I need to try their birria tacos next time I go back.

The customer service has been fantastic every time...
Read moreEvery time I come to this location (which has only been three times recently), they somehow change the price on me. I always order the same thing, but each visit brings a new surprise charge. This time, after purchasing a burrito to go, they told me I had to pay extra for the side sauce — something that has never been mentioned before and is not posted anywhere on their signage or menu. It was embarrassing and frustrating to be told this after I had already paid. To make things worse, I’ve also had issues with the products they sell. Some of the tortillas I’ve bought here were covered in a white film and had no visible expiration date — once I got home, I realized they were rotten. I’ve also noticed that several items on their shelves are expired, so you really have to double-check everything before buying. The only reason I’ve ever come back is because of their orange sauce, which is really good — but honestly, it’s not worth dealing with the rude service, constant price changes, and questionable product quality. I hate how they treat...
