I used to love to go here because they serve vegan cheese and the toppings are so fresh. However, my last 3 (consecutive) visits have been horrible and have cause my boyfriend and I to decide never to eat here again. The first awful experience we had, we were out with a couple friends and were offered no refills our whole time there (we had to keep asking), our food took forever to come out, and the staff was not very friendly. Our second unsatisfactory visit consisted of them taking an eternity to get our food out, only for it to be wrong when it finally did come out. When we asked for another one to be made correctly, the staff acted very confused and finally agreed, however it took so long for the replacement pizza to come out that I ended up taking the whole thing home because we had already been there for over and hour and half and everyone was already done eating. Our last visit was similar. It took over 30 minutes for us to even get our drinks (no one even apologized for it), I ordered a large pizza with vegan cheese. When it came out (an eternity later) I could tell right away that it was not the dairy free cheese. I decided to taste it just to make sure and then I knew it wasn’t. When we brought it up to the server, he said it should be vegan cheese. That it’s what he put in. And then walked away unconcerned. My boyfriend asked him when he came back to take it off of the check because it was not vegan cheese. He agreed. Also, a friends calzone came out last. It was just pepperoni and cheese. He was told the reason it took so long was because they forgot the pepperoni the first time. Why wasn’t this communicated to us sooner? Instead he was left to watch the rest of us eat while he wondered why it took over 45 minutes to get a pepperoni calzone. I’m done with this location. No one even seemed to care that we were there for over 2 hours and only had our food for the last 30-40 minutes of it. And it was wrong! Me and three other people didn’t...
Read moreAs most people know I'm a heart disease and alpha gamma patient. After finishing with a very important echo cardiogram. We decided to give this place a try. Because they advertised gluten free options. The place was empty. So at first we thought it was closed, it wasn't. Against our better judgement we went in. Sat down and ordered. First salad was okay. Then we received the non breaded chicken Parmesan with vegan cheese. The shocking part was the manager ran out to our table, said you didn't touch your pasta yet, have you. I replied no. He said good because it's not gluten free. He took it back to the kitchen when he shouted, you could have killed someone. All I heard was hysterical laughing in the kitchen. Then the chicken was hard and uneatable. The gluten free noodles finally came after fifteen minutes. They were over cooked. Uneatable. The gluten free bread sticks were way too salty and obviously over cooked. Didn't agree to comp our check or give a discount or anything. Plus his partner was screaming and cussing on the phone the entire time. I was almost exposed to gluten, plus sominela from the chicken. Awful place, won't be back. If you have food...
Read moreSo on a slow lunch day I witnessed the owner of the establishment yell at 2 kids that were just in there being kids. You would think in this current economy where restaurants are dying by the dozen, that this owner, Jim Royal would be happy to have ANYBODY there supporting his business. But it turns out he was sitting there with 2 Peachtree City council members complaining about the "gentrification" of PTC and that too many minorities were coming into town. I was appalled by this situation because the lady had a biracial child with her, and after hearing their conversation about minorities it sort of explained his outburst towards the toddler, not that it's excusable, but it explains his mindset. I do not know if all of the locations are owned by him, but I will no longer support ANY of the locations ever again. I encourage all people that do not support this type of behavior to do the same. I wish I could've given a lower start rating but 1 is the minimum. It truly is a shame as this is billed as a family restaurant in Peachtree City the city for families to hear these types of conversations and these types of actions being done...
