My family comes to this Moe's a lot and have generally had good experiences. Our last few visits have gone downhill, with this one being one of the worst.
We usually do takeaway, and from now on will be thoroughly checking our bags before we leave. The quantity of chips that come with your meal has gone down significantly, and we've had minor mistakes with our food (ex forgetting to add jalapeños or something. Not a huge deal).
This most recent trip, my husband picked up his order as soon as it opened (the receipt even says 10.55, so this is first thing). His entree was the complete wrong entree (a salad bowl instead of a burrito), wrong drink, and the number of chips for 2 entrees purchased is just insulting. Please include chips for the correct number of meals.
It'll probably be a while before we give this Moe's a go again. Sad because we used to love it, and have just had a string of meh to bad visits.

We've begun to come back more frequently and I'm happy to say the quality of service seems to have improved a good bit. Our orders have been correct, we have enough chips, and there's been one guy making our burritos that you can tell just enjoys being friendly and bringing joy to people. So happy to see...

Not a pleasant experience overall. Food was mediocre, not very hot or fresh. Too much of one ingredient and not enough of another. Service was good from the staff fixing my order but the manager had a bad attitude; using foul language. Very condescending and degrading to her staff. Seeing this publicly I cannot imagine what happens behind closed doors, not a good place to work. Atmosphere is shabby, mainly due to the vibe you feel from the unhappy staff. Filth is everywhere from the ceiling to the floor. Concession area was a mess with products leaked over everything. Ceiling fans had a fur coat growing on them they were so layered in dust. Strings of dust swinging around as you eat below; this caused me to throw the remaining of my meal away and leave. At this time is when I witnessed the managers behavior, as I approached her with my cleanliness concerns. Again, something so nasty in public view I can't imagine the cleanliness of more critical areas, the kitchen.

Read moreThere are no flyers, signs, etc...or any mention of "Moe Monday's" until you get to the end of the line at the cashier where there was one single 8.5 x 11 sign. At the front of the line without any signage I asked the worker if Moe Monday's were still a thing and I pointed out there was no signage indicating such. He appeared surprised and unaware, and said yes, but never mentioned having the Moe's app as being a requirement. Only when standing in front of the cashier with a line behind me was I advised of the having the app requirement. With a line behind me I did not wish to hold other customers up so I said "okay, whatever" and paid the non-Moe Monday price. My overall impression was that they actually don't want customers to know about the discount, in which case why not just do away with it, as opposed to appearing to try and keep it a secret?
