Subway — Restaurant in Peachtree City

Unfortunately, this restaurant is in the habit of lying about their hours in order to avoid actually fulfilling orders. I placed an order at 8 pm for 2 sandwiches through the subway app. The app allowed me to do this and stated the location was open and I even double checked the hours listed which confirmed the location should be open until 10 pm. When my husband arrived to pick up the sandwiches the door was locked and when he finally got in contact with an employee they stated this location "always closes at 8." If that's the case, this store needs to update their hours on their signage, online, in the app, etc. because nowhere else is that communicated. When asked what would happen with our order the employee refused to make our meal and also refused to give a refund. So now I've paid for something I didn't receive because this business can't figure out when they close or how to honor orders...

I grew up my whole life going to this location and unfortunately will never be going back. This franchise has really gone down hill in their customer service, unfriendly employees and management. I've always been generous and left a tip to the sandwich artist. Today I sat outside and was denied a refill even after being a tipping customer. It's no surprise to me that subway is failing as a business when they treat their guest poorly. And the time I tried to eat ther before this they locked their doors 45 mins before closing time and just gave me nasty looks when I tried to open the door. This particular Subway location seems like it's on the verge of being ready to go out of business based on the experience we had for lunch. The dining area was filthy, tables and floors weren't cleaned. The restroom was very dirty, paper towels wadded up on the floor and no handsoap. The fountain drinks were all out of order and the employees said they couldn't make any tea. The cookies were practically raw and the sandwiches didn't taste fresh at all. The lettuce was brown and rotten looking, while the spinach was wilted and old. The employees looked exhausted and were silent and unfriendly to us... we can't think of one positive thing being managed well at this location so we don't intend to return to this one again.
