It's amazing to me in a post pandemic Society how Corporate greed seems to be the norm. In a time where we should all help one another and go the extra mile. I had two different orders totally almost 20 dollars and I couldn't even get more than 2 tiny communion cup sized containers with 2 pickles each. This is absurd to me. As much as I paid for the 2 orders I should be able to get a small cup of pickles (simkilar to their fruit cup size) not a communion cup at church. Seriously. Lol. I spent almost 20 bucks to feed 2 people and cant get an ample amount of extra pickles!!!!! Just like I have gotten at many other locations. Sometimes as many as 20 pickles. Shows they appreciate you. Evidently NOT the case here. No excuse for such petty behavior! I will never come back to this location. So I hope that losing a customer was worth the few pickles they saved that they wanted to charge me even more money for. Tiny portions also. For the same cost of 1 sandwich you can get an entire rotisserie chicken at Costco. I feel that all corporate fast food joints will price themselves out of business in the not so distant future. Many are already dropping like flies. Eating at home willl be the only practical thing to do and that's going up also. But not as bad as fast...
Read moreI came at around 2:35pm, so past the lunch rush and the cashiers were busy stocking materials with their backs to me. They were probably just finishing up something before they acknowledge my presence, but I only stood there for about 3 seconds before one of the cooks, a gtown man in a chef's outfit acknowledged me and said, "someone will be right with you sir", then proceeded to call out one of the girls names working up front. This just shows the standard of this establishment, everyone is concerned about the customers value and is willing to speak up to a customer without hesitation. I have been to McDonald's, Wendys, burger king a d hardees many of times and had an experience where I stood there for over 2-5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me and ask.to take my order. I usually receive scowling faces from individuals who really do t care and don't want to be there. At least at chick fil a the employees generally act as though they care to be there and want to serve you as a customer...
Read moreI enjoy going to a place of business where I'm treated so if I'm appreciated for spending my money there, And Chick-fil-a is a pro at that. I know their employees are trained to go out of their way to make you feel welcome. AND IT WORKS. If another restaurant is in the area with a reputation for tossing food at you and saying "next", I'll pass it up for a friendly place each time. Having said that, I do wish the Chick-fil-A employees would say something other than "My Pleasure!" They start sounding like robots before the visit is over. Still, the smiles are genuine. Took my grandchildren there for a snack between swimming lessons and homework. Food was delicious, fast, and friendly. I even grabbed a 3 piece meal of chicken tenders for myself and was sad when they were gone - the "Chick-fil-A Sauce" is my favorite. Best milkshakes, frosted drinks (the Frosted lemonade is awesome), and ice cream around. Love to go there when I...
