Planet Smoothie — Restaurant in Peachtree City

7/6/25: First-time customer, from out of state. Naomi was not very greeting upon my arrival with a friend. We were reading the menu, and her enthusiasm wasn't there to guide us through our options without us reaching for her feedback.

A couple had arrived not too long after our order was completed. About 5 minutes behind, the couple entered an older gentleman.

My friend and I conversed comfortably on the front patio. No more than 15minutes later, the couple exited the establishment with their smoothies. The woman informed us that Naomi was working on our smoothies next. We thanked her and continued our wait. 5 minutes after that, the elderly gentleman felt our need to be informed that Naomi was almost done with our order.

I asked the man if he would leave a bad review. He responded, "Yes, you guys should have gotten your order first."

To not review her job performance would allow for further uncomfortability of paying customers, those directly offended, and those standing by.

This review is long overdue. A few months back I ordered a smoothie online and went to pick it up. The smoothie was not ready, as I had inadvertently placed the order at a location in Atlanta and not at this location in Peachtree City. I then went to my car and called the other location and they were not very helpful and were not keen to refund my money. I went back into the Peachtree City location to reorder my smoothie and pay for it. They once again apologized for the unfortunate mistake and inconvenience (although it was not their fault). They promptly made me a delicious smoothie and did not charge me for it. I will support this location above all other smoothie locations/companies for their attention to brilliant to...

Today, I ordered an all shook up. This is the 3rd location I have been too but my normal location is powers ferry (they make the best smoothies). This was my 2nd time coming to this location. My 1st time my smoothie was amazing but today it was not good at all. All I tasted was bananas and I asked for extra coca which I order regularly. Today was a disappointment and the young lady was very nice. Honestly I don't want to blame her I don't know who to blame cause the smoothie was trash and she made it the 1st time as well.
