We have ordered from this place over the years and it has gone down since Covid. The food is over cooked and dry and no matter how many times I have asked for extra hot mustard, we get one. The fried is no different from the regular rice as far as flavor is concerned. No longer in fried noodles and everything is now ala carte.**UPDATE My wife and I ordered a meal for two tonight and I am sad to say it was worse than the meal mentioned above. The chips and egg rolls were actually rancid or cooked in rancid oil and were enedible. The Mongolian Beef was so tough that one piece took a few minutes just to chew. Gereral Tso's chicken was so dry and over cooked that it too was enedible. We bought one of our favorites, BarBQ ribs and they too were chared and over cooked. The wonton soup was ok but nothing great. The price was $31 for the meal, $8 for delivery of less than a mile, the tip was $8 for what I do not know. The ribs were extra at $8 for four, tax $5 and the total was $62!!!! Even the fortune cookies were stale! Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I'll eat at McDonald's before I will ever eat...

Tiredddd of constantly arguing with the lady at the front. She’ll claim you haven’t paid for something, even if you have the proof. She’ll argue and claim prices have changed to constitute over charging you. I have consistently ordered from here for the last two years and consistently have issues with this lady every time. Today will be the last. Smh.

Youve literally NEVER given me a free sauce. You scream at my boyfriend every time claiming i haven’t paid. I’m charged every single time. The refund you mention WAS owed as I WAS OVERCHARGED. You would not give me a second to explain because you kept screaming over me. The total on my receipt for the egg rolls said 7.58 HOWEVER I paid 9.58 to include the sauces. It literally has nothing to do with ordering online BECAUSE I was charged the 1.50 convenience fee as well. LISTEN when people try to explain things to you. This has happened over 20 times. 2 x 20 equals = $40. I’ll be looking for my REAL refund.

UPDATED 5/8/22: Was originally a 2 star review based on my satisfaction as a customer for this particular occasion (have had other good experiences). I'm still disappointed but the business felt the review was unfair to them since the fish was fresh and they were simply trying out new ideas they saw on YouTube. I've changed it to 5 stars to not negatively impact a local business per their request.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Disappointing experience tonight. Ordered a chirashi don through uber eats and in the past has always been sashimi style slices of fish on the rice. Tonight, I received a small platter of chopped up fish with scrambled eggs as my chirashi. I called just to make sure it wasn't a mistake and they said it's part of a transition to AZN. The gentleman on the phone didnt offer to do anything to help. It'll be the last time I order this again as I can get a much higher quality poke bowl for half the price elsewhere.
