I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the Mattress Firm in Peachtree City, GA, and I must commend Rasheda for her outstanding service. I came in looking for two mattresses for my twins, and Rasheda made the entire process incredibly smooth and enjoyable.

From the moment I walked in, Rasheda greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. She was extremely nice, and her genuine kindness made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. Rasheda took the time to understand my needs and provided helpful and informative advice on the best options for my twins. Her extensive knowledge about the different types of mattresses and their benefits was impressive and very useful in making my decision.

Rasheda's patience and willingness to answer all my questions without any pressure to buy immediately stood out. She ensured that I was fully informed about the products I was considering, which gave me great confidence in my purchase. Went in for a mattress that I wanted to use for my son bed. Got a different size. Once I had moved my sons bed and assembled it , I noticed that the mattress was to big. Took it back to the store( I was not aware you can't simply return it) and was told no. I have to pay for them to pick it up for 99 plus restocking fee. Had I known that I would of never purchased the mattress to begin with . I had one purchase prior and luckily the mattress worked out. But Never again. I spoke with the assistant manager and was told I was going to get a full refund since i did not sign the agreement acknowledging that I was told about the return policy. Mattress firm never showed up on agreed day. called the next day and was told that the store manager wanted to speak with me before picking up the mattress. Ordered a mattress and adjustable base on Memorial Day. Mattress Firm delivered and installed the bed a few days later. I completely disassembled my old frame, and moved it and my old mattress to my garage before the delivery. The installers hauled off my old mattress, but I was told they would not touch the old frame (furniture). "However" the installers offered to haul off the old frame "if" I paid them extra on the side. A classic side hustle. I also ordered a headboard bracket for the adjustable base; I was told it could not be delivered to my home, I would have to return to the store to pick it up. According to Mattress Firm's tracking website, it should have been delivered to the store on 11 June (11 day wait).
