First time ever using the app - I placed/paid for an order on the app this morning. It gave me a pick up of 8:53 AM which is what I wanted in order to get to an appointment at 9:15. I arrived at the Newnan location at 9 walked up to the counter, gave my order number and was promptly told they didn’t have an order for me. I found that to be very odd because there is only 1 location in our town so I knew the order went there. I showed her my info and she said “oh this is the one with all the muffins”. So miraculously she found the order. A ticket was printed, slapped on the side counter and I was informed they would get it in a moment.
Another worker went to the side counter and looked over all the tickets. The girl at the register told her she needed to prioritize the tickets so she took one that wasn’t mine. I said “if I placed the order on the app to be ready for pick up at 8:53 and it is 9:10 and my order still wasn’t ready how do we rectify that”. She said “it’s not ready until we push a button” and then chuckled. The girl at the register overheard and said she would get my items. She informed me she had “bad news….we only have 3 pumpkin muffins left.” So I asked her to make up the difference with blueberry. Then I was informed I was going to be short one until she spotted one in the case. When she had my order filled I got a “here you go.” My response was “this whole interaction did not make a good first impression.” She turned her head away and mumbled so I asked her to repeat what she said and she did which was a snarky “sorry”. I got in my car at 9:18.
Absolutely disappointing on many levels.
Poor service Staff was not quick to help. Ordering through the app should have guaranteed my items would be available to pick up especially given the fact all had already been paid for. The lack of care/concern shown I was late for my meeting

Read moreI was at our new Tim Hortons today, Monday, October 20 about 10:30 AM. The store was quite full so I went through the drive-through. Was greeted by a pleasant voice who helped me figure out what I wanted as this was my first time. I go up to the drive-through and the sweetest young man with the nicest smile helped me with my donut holes and then told me that they’re really great when they’re hot Out of the oven. he told me to wait a second and went and got me two hot donut holes, they were fantastic! He went above and beyond to help me and do something kind for a customer. I’m a new customer and this will not be my only time because of this Sweet and diligent young man. He smiled the entire time and seemed to enjoy his job. I hope that whoever is in management sees this review and can figure out who it is. This young man deserves a pat on the back! What the world needs now is more kindness, and he certainly showed it to me today!! ...
Read moreThis place started out great the first few times I went. Now, I'm noticing things starting to go downhill in a short period of time. I placed an order through the app and when I got there they didn't have croissants anymore due to a supplier issue. There of course is a surcharge for croissants but that money didn't get refunded back nor was I offered something else in return to make up the difference. I paid extra for something I didn't get. Also, tell your employees to include napkins with every order. I shouldn't have to ask. I've only gotten napkins once out of the many times I've been there. To add to my complaints, two visits ago, I had to wait 15 minutes for hashbrowns to be "remade" (according to the employee). By the time I got them, the coffee they had already made for me 15 prior had cooled down. I had been willing to pay the extra for this fast food but now I'm going back to other fast...
