This could have been a better experience if the staff & doctor would have followed basic practice etiquette. Open your doors when you ask your new patients to arrive for paperwork Don't rush your new patient back for testing prior to explaining costs and procedures and before all of the paperwork was completed & explained. When your new patient feels railroaded into your office procedures without prior explanation, do not charge them for X-rays & testing at $125 and tell them you will send them an X-ray report, and after 3 weeks later have them call the Chiropractic Board of Ethics to inquire how this is acceptable behavior. And lastly, don't not charge your new patient $75 doctor fee for a visit that never happened because the new patient had enough of the unprofessional stress and walked out.

Read moreI highly recommend Healthy Life Chiropractic. I hate picking a new doctor, and usually going to the doctor in general. It's a very stressful thing for me. I also have a Service Dog, which not all places are accommodating of, even though legally they are suppose to be, and that can add to the anxiety of going to the doctor in the first place. Healthy Life Chiropractic is wonderful! I feel like they really care about me and my health. I'm not just a number there. And they were absolutely accommodating for my Service Dog. (not that he needs much) Both Dr. Tina and Dr. Rob are very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm completely confident in their ability to adjust my body. They also encourage and help with at home maintenance, like specifics stretches that help with my personal needs, how often to ice painful areas and any other things that can help. They offer several other services in office, such as massage therapy, decompression therapy, and credible herbal supplements. The entire staff is always friendly and they work together well as a team. They are fast and efficient as well, even when they are busy, I never have to sit around waiting to be seen, which I had begun to think was just a regular part of any doctors office visit. If you're looking for a great chiropractor office, try this one out! I've been going for just...

My appointment was supposed to be only about 1hr30 mins, maximum 1hr 45 mins. But it lasted 2 hrs. 15 mins. instead. When the office had twice fewer staff members, it was less chaotic. I was only given a receipt for $10 instead $30 I paid. The new guy Ostin (the office manager’s son) did nothing but bothered customers. I do not trust him, and will never put my health into his hands. The front office is not productive at all. One person waits for the other, and as result, the third person waits for the second one. Instead, one person can do all of the operations. And when there is a line, all the staff members can check the customers out.” This is the original review I gave after being asked in my email. After this review, I have been harassed by the owner Dr. Tina, who used very strong abusive language in her email to me. WOW! It took one private review to take off the masks… there are cameras in the office that is very easy to check if the staff members are lying or not. But instead, we have been told all kinds of things that are not true. Stay away from this practice. Now I know why many good people who worked there, left...
