I have NEVER felt so disrespected in my life! My husband and I were getting something for our kids that love Zaxby’s and as we pulled up my family said “it’s closed” since the light was off and the building dark. I assured them that this particular Zaxby’s (Worth Court) is open a bit later than the others and that it should be open. As we pulled up, a gentleman’s voice asked if he could help me. My whole family and kids were excited that although the light was off, their mom was correct and they could get their food. So they all yelled with excitement. Excitement that was soon killed by a female voice yelling back at us from the drive thru, telling us that she will not serve us since we yelled into her earpiece and hurt her. My youngest child cried the whole way home because he as well as we were very confused. I drove up to the window, but they were all hiding including the so called manager, Angel. She came up to the window after peeking out to see if we were gone and opened the window to tell us she refuses to serve us because we laughed loudly and purposely hurt her. Let me tell you that we are very well respected people in this community and although Angel has been rude to me before, I have always dismissed it and given her the benefit of the doubt. Tonight I just could not leave it alone, I went into the restaurant to explain yet again and she said she will call the police on our family. Finally she told me she didn’t give a s&@t what I say. She just cursed at a customer. I do not tolerate that language or standoffish behavior. I have put in a complaint to corporate myself since she said she did not know the number. Read moreI really wish this place could get its act together. Every single time I use this location, I am disappointed in one way or another. Sometimes it’s completely messing up an order and sometimes it’s the small but stupid things. For instance: today, I ordered two 6 pc finger baskets. Finger baskets (correct me if I am wrong) come with Zax sauce, correct? Well, mine came with all ranch packets. And if you know anything about little old me, I believe Ranch to be the most disgusting food item ever concocted. So, you can understand my frustration at getting home, and expecting to see Zax sauce, but being greeted instead by the most disgusting condiment ever.
I am sure the reason for this change up was the fact that I had paid extra to toss all of these tenders in wing sauce. And I assume this is just your go to policy. If it is: CHANGE IT. This should be a question not an assumption. As I am literally without half my meal as I do not have Zax sauce, I do not want to drive back, and I refuse to eat my soggy fries without it.
Speaking of soggy fries: your takeout containers make everything soggy. Perhaps complain to corporate, or use more bags so you aren’t stacking 4-5 boxes on top of each other inside of a plastic bag making the condensation moisten everything inside before it’s even a mile...
Read moreI have never really liked any of the Zaxbys products over the years but five weeks ago I went through the drive thru and had an excellent employee and obtained 3 correct orders for 3 people. The hot food was cold when i got home but thats understandable and not an issue.
I went through the location 3 weeks ago and obtained 3 grilled salads and got a elderly discount which was nice being over sixty. My eighty year old mother also was in the car. I went through the drive thru again and got an employee who did not give an elderly discount which was was also okay. Both times the salads were good and smelled nice on the way home.
Today I went through the drive thru and could not make the employee understand what I wanted. So I left without getting any food because of the poor service. The service seems to being getting worse and not better for seniors. If we are entitled to a senior discount we need to get it.
