I filed a POLICE REPORT against this storeās night shift manager, Taylor Hunt, for assault during a refunding of incorrect order. Ticket #1046 & #3907 restaurant #G135066. He was rude - did not acknowledge his staff'sĀ drive-truĀ order mistake andĀ flat outĀ refused to correct the added charges for a side I clearly did not order. I was callingĀ kfcĀ hotline and I asked for his name and he refused to tell me. He suddenly grabbed me across the counter for no reason when I was taking a picture of the receipt and I had to call 911 immediately. I am small 5"2 asian female and this manager, over 6" tall over 200 lbs, black man grabbed me across the counter. IĀ was scaredĀ for my life if he continued and I had to call the police. While I was on the phone with 911, this manager was circling around my car and talking on the phone as well. It was really scary to see him walking back and forthĀ infrontĀ of my car, as the mall strip is sketchy and all other stores (except for a massage parlor) are always closed at night. His behavior through out from when I was explaining that I received a wrong order until the police came has manifestation of a psycho. He denied my accusation, colluded with the staffs saying that none of this happened and instead issued a criminal trespass warning against me with the police. I wish the store owner can check the security cameraĀ of this incident, it happened on Jan 13 8:55pm. Also, during theĀ drive-tru, the cashier (Jermyah) made us back up away and unseen from the take-out window and she said when she gave the order that the manager does not want to see a car waiting in front of the window even though there was no other car. I parked where the employee told me to park. The drive- thru was backed up. I finally went inside also waiting.The manager asked had my order been taken?( I said yes at the drive thru) She said talk louder I can't hear you? For one the music was blasted! I repeated myself asked for a refund. The manager then asked what did I order?( I told her) She then asked for a receipt which I never got. She also said its not ready because one person fix kfc and the other one fix tacos( I said no worries can I please get a refund) at that moment a worker comes and says the order is still sitting over by the drive thru window I didn't see you. She said oh there it go. ( I said its okay mam can I please get a refund) The manager I cant take that back after its been sitting over there. ( I asked again can I get a refund) Total wait time from the drive- thru until I left 35 minutes. The lady in the green shirt going back and forth was not an example of good customer service The gentlemen that gave the refund was more pleasant than the manager was ,The tone of voice and pointing was so not necessary. The strips were old and so dried out they were beyond hard. They were like rocks. My child could not eat anything. We did not get our mashed potatoes and the biscuit was rock hard as well. The 5 layer burrito, OMGOODNESS⦠what the heck is going on??? We asked for a substitution of black beans instead of refried beans and that was all we got along with some melted cheese. Where was the 5 layers?? And we didnāt get our cinnamon twists. Even though I had to get to work, I drove back up there and asked to have the order replaced with fresh food and per the way I had requested it. They refused to make it right. The young black lady gave me nothing but attitude and the white lady whom called herself a manager was actually the one who put the order together. SHAME ON HER!! When I asked for a refund she said she couldnāt give me one and this was after they were refusing to correct the order and provide fresh food. I asked for the owners name and number and they said that they werenāt allowed to give it out. I may be wrong, but I feel positive that Iāve seen it posted in the drive thru window. This place has gone to pure $@&ā and I mean that in the nicest way. Itās always a hit a miss here. To refuse a customer service and provide fresh food has earned a call to the health department.
