Updated review: Changing from 1 star to 4 stars. My first experience with them really frustrated me before I even completed an order, as you can read below. I finally decided to give them a second try and had a much better experience (now that I know about the extra $2.50 delivery fee). The food is great and I especially like the pizza with the garlic butter crust option. It's also a good value. The medium pizza is as filling as some large pizza's and they don't nickle and dime you on the extras. Give it a try!
Previous review: Huge hassle just trying to order a pizza and hidden charges. First, if you order online you get to the end and find out that you can't get the promotional price without confirming the email address. My email can be slow sometimes and I didn't feel like waiting 15 minutes to complete my order. So, I created a second account with my gmail address and started over. Now I get to the final total and here's their math: Pizza & Cheesesticks $15.99, Tax $0.96, Savings $5.99, Total, $19.45. Huh? What? That doesn't add up! I waste time trying to find any clue as to why the total is $19.45. Finally, I call the store where I'm told to "refresh my browser" which does nothing. She says she has no idea why the total is wrong and I should just order via phone. Okay... So, for the third time I start my order again. Just as we get to the end, guess what? $19.45 again!! She talk to the manager and it turns out there is a $2.50 delivery fee. Well, that's not unusual these days, but trying to hide it? That's dishonest in my opinion. Order canceled with Marco's and placed with Papa John's (who also charges $2.50 delivery)! This is my first and possibly last...

Ordered 1 Lrge specialty pizza, 1 Lrge onion, bell peppers, sausage, beef n extra cheese, 1 small cheese pan pizza and 15 wings. I Spent $59.61. The onions were raw and were thrown on the pizza as they forgot to put them on prior to cooking the pizza and forgot the extra cheese. Called back to just request they remake it. Didnt want a credit just remake it. They could not remake due to closing in 30 minutes. The training mngr, Paul, checked with the cook and she told him she forgot to put the onions on before cooking. I told him I could tell. He shared all he could offer me was a credit for cheese bread after the large pizza cost $20,65. That was Unacceptable. All I wanted is the pizza corrected! He advised, I call the next day to speak with manager Ahmet(the owner). I Called and spoke with Ahmet and he would not remake pizza or give a credit for the full pizza cost but offer a $7 credit then changed it to $10 credit off a future order. I spent $60 tipped $5 and all he wanted to offer is $10 off a future order. We’ve been patronizing here since Marcos opened have spent a lot of money and this is the Best you can do. Never had an issue in the previous years and I just want what I paid for to be right. DO NOT DEAL WITH AHMET OR PAUL. They obviously are new management and will not last long with poor customer service. Sure missed the lady who use to own it before them. DO NOT PATRONIZE WITH MARCOS ON...
Read moreDue to the storm we were trying to find "fast food" my friend suggested Marco's because her and her boyfriend have gotten pizza from there. I've never had Marco's so this was a new place for me. We arrived and I sat in the vehicle before going inside and waiting. It was busy and honestly I'm patient. So I advised the lady that I later found out was a manager that I was here for pick up. I paid but never received a receipt. The guy at the other counter received 4 receipts and she told him to sign. Which I thought was rude and tactful, it's not about what you say but how you say it. He stated he didn't have a pen she told him again to sign. I looked at his counter which is where they were stacking the pizzas and he didn't have a pen. I told him there was 1 by me. He came to where I was and he grabbed the pen when the same lady looks at me and moved my receipts from the his 2 receipts and said you need to sign. I told her I didn't have my receipts. She slid them over and said sign your receipts. So my tip went to $0. I told her I didn't have a pen and said sign your receipt. Now my tolerance is also at 0. So the guy finished signing his receipt looked at me and said, "so much for customer service, you can use this one," and placed the pen on my receipts. I signed and waited another 10 mins for my pizza to be ready. The pizza was not good, I was very disappointed...
