I moved to this area in September of 2019. I came to this nail salon because of the reviews. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. The reason I gave them 3 stars is because every time I come here I get the exact same thing SNS nails and my eyebrows but every time I come I pay a different amount for the same exact services every time. My 1st time here I paid $50 for SNS and eyebrows then it was $65 then it was $60 then it was $70. I don't understand why the prices change every time I come and I always get the same exact service. I have been doing SNS on my natural nails for 4 years and I've never had an issue. There have been times where I've gone 2 months without redoing my SNS and it won't crack it won't chip and it won't break. In the 3 months that I've been coming to this salon, my SNS chips and cracks 2 weeks after service. I've broken 3 of my natural nails that I've spent a lot of time and money growing, and they break right at the "meat" causing me a lot of pain and having to go a week or so with a missing nail before I can get a tip put on. The last time I came here I brought my daughter for a mani and pedi while I did SNS. The tech asked my daughter if she wanted glitter and designs without consulting with me. Glitter is an extra $5-$10 and designs are an extra $10. Of course a child is going to say yes, but it's not the child that is paying. I was very upset that not only did they not consult with me first but I had to pay for these extra services that were not in my budget. To put the icing on the cake, the lady that checked me out charged my card 3 times for 3 different amounts taking a whopping $245 from my account. Needless to say I will not be returning to Elle Nails and will be looking for a new nail salon...

Where to start… manicure was horrible no massage, no lotion, I put on my own cuticle oil after service, I specifically said Gel and still they put acrylic on my nails and I’m going to get them redone somewhere else when I have time, also she did not get nail that bothers me and main reason why I went for mani and full set which I did not get a mani just my cuticles cut.. overcharged for full set of SUPER short nails (had to go short for work) my hands came to $95 I was also charged $10 for one YES ONE outline on my pinky.. pedi was great no complaints wasn’t rushed and took her time to make sure service was as it SHOULD be and price was cut and dry $50 for parrafin wax pedi reg. polish as I knew how much I was spending and left with a bigger bill than expected and listen I go all out with my nails usually and this bill was one of those but I literally got short nails and a pedi no designs cause one outline seriously?? Not a design anyways pedi was cool and to end MY BANK 3 days past visit now is showing $31 extra was added on AFTER RECEIPT OF PAID SERVICE AND I STILL TIPPED even though I was hella overcharged and given subpar service. I called and told them they said they would send a copy of their record and still haven’t, so now I have to handle it myself. Like many women we’ve been to MANY MANY salons some good and some bad some predatory some honest… this place is a NO for me! the lady who was doing my nails even got a little tude when I asked her to shape nails a bit more! This was my third time in the shop. My first two experiences were great. I saw a nail tech by the name of Tiffany. She did a wonderful job on my my nails and eyebrows. I’m also pregnant and she always took the time to make sure I was comfortable. I called today to schedule an appointment with her and unfortunately was told she would be out on vacation for 2 months. I decided to still schedule an appointment with whomever was available. Each time I have been into the shop everyone has been pleasant and the shop is extremely comfortable and clean. I arrive for my appt and still had to wait 20+ minutes. I requested a pedicure, polish change on my hands and eyebrows. I did not receive the pedicure, just a polish change. I was also sat at a dirty pedicure bowl. When it came time for my nails, 3 different woman worked on them. My right hand came out great. They had a little trouble with my left. One of the ladies who worked on it said it’s okay, it looks like ombré. I will say they tried to correct it but made it look worse.
