I’ve never had a Dunkin that disappointed me before, so this was kind of a surprise. We walked in and intended to order on the tablet, but the item I wanted off the menu was not available on the tablet. I asked the woman who was behind the counter if I had to order with her instead because the menu item was not on the tablet. She said yes that I would have to order with her, and then walked away. I figured she would finish up whatever she was working on and come back, but she continued to walk by us multiple times making eye contact with us, but took maybe 10 minutes to come to the counter and take our order where she stated, “I can take your order, I’m just helping them out.” No problem! So we gave her our order, I ordered loaded hashbrowns but was told, “I don’t think we have that.” Maybe she meant that they were out of the ingredients to make it? But it seemed like she was saying that she didn’t think it was on the menu, despite it being on the menu above the counter. Not to mention, it’s just hashbrowns, cheese, and bacon, all items they already have. Again though, no problem, I’ll just get regular hashbrowns! Well, we got our order and I ate the hashbrowns and they were fresh (I think), and I waited to eat my chicken, bacon, cheese croissant sandwich until just recently and discovered that my sandwich was just a little chicken patty on a croissant, nothing else. The woman wasn’t rude or anything, but clearly they’ve got some issues going on at this location. Not to mention the poor Google reviews not just from recently, but also from years ago. Read moreMe and my family come here every single Sunday and this morning my 1 year old woke up at 5 AM to I decided to go to my favorite coffee place. As proceeding to place my order in the drive through speaker box the older lady kept saying hold on hold on after each item listed and I waited with patience and before ending the order she asked if that were all I would like I did ask her to change one food item out to something else and then she told me to drive up to the window and then this young gentleman proceeded to get onto me the paying customer whose just pulled up to pay them and he goes next time you need to know (exactly what you want) I thought it was so ugly of him and so ignorant and very disrespectful and did not give Dunkin’ a good look I then said I’m sorry for switching my order while she said hold on and He kept getting onto me the entire time and he said to me they had to throw it away and I said well that’s not my fault that’s is dunkins policy to throw food away instead of feed their employees or the homeless which I told him is a shame and he kept blaming me for the food being thrown away had I known I would have continued to get it but nobody informed me of that before but I definitely will not be back....

We waited for our order to be called for about 10 minutes, we finally realized they weren’t going to call the order we got in line and asked about it. They told us one of the flavors in the drink was unavailable, no problem we told them to replace it and waited. Another 10 minutes and the two drinks were out. All we had to do was wait for the hash browns and Bacon. We waited another 20 minutes (40 min has gone by) and asked about them. One of them employees then told us they were out of hash browns. Not only did the worker on the register not tell us this, none of the staff asked about us waiting there for another 20 min. We said that it was fine and that we would just take an extra bacon. We finally walked out after 50 min. At that time my sister had finished her drink because they only half filled the cup and we were ready to be out of there.
