Our experience at the Pearland location was nothing short of delightful. Upon entering, we were warmly welcomed by a young lady named Lizzy, whose bright smile and friendly demeanor instantly made us feel at home. We shared a little story about our journey, noting how we first ventured across the street to a pizzeria that was unfortunately had not opened yet. As we left, the sign for Brooklyn Pizzeria caught our eye, and we went right over. Lizzy confidently assured us saying, "You came to the right place; you'll never want to go anywhere else."
When my husband and bonus son returned home with the pizza, we gathered excitedly, and once we tasted it, we all agreed it was some of the best pizza we had ever indulged in. Typically, we would order from Spanky's on the Gulf Freeway, the beloved Star Pizza at Shepherd Plaza, or the iconic Frank's Pizza in Downtown Houston, but those options often required a bit of a drive. In contrast, Brooklyn Pizzeria is conveniently located less than ten minutes away, making it our new go-to spot.
As for the pizza itself, it featured a beautifully baked line crust that was crisp yet chewy, and the generous slices were enough to satisfy even the heartiest appetites. We savored every bite, with its rich, flavorful sauce perfectly complementing the fresh toppings. Without a doubt, Brooklyn Pizzeria has earned its place as our favorite "close-to-home" choice.
We eagerly look forward to our next pizza craving, knowing exactly where to satisfy...
Read moreNot a happy impressed customer for the first time! Went in an ordered a small and medium pizza plus garlic knots. Tasteless! Garlic knots were tough and no flavor. Our pepperoni pizza and my Italian sausage with mushrooms and red onion were dripping with so much grease. My Italian sausage on my pizza tasted old and not fresh ingredients. I asked the Indian girl for boxes and it was like I was asking for too much. She wanted to give attitude about me needing three boxes. The boxes she gave me weren’t big enough for one whole pizza at all.. The other Hispanic girl kept touching her nose and never washed her hands. They don’t ask if you need anything while you are there and just sit with their faces to their phones. Also, I don’t like that you get charged for the first three toppings then the rest for free when most places give you the first three free and charge after. They don’t tell you that until you see your bill and they can’t explain it through. Never...
Read moreStopped by here for lunch today because we were nearby. My wife and I own a pizza business but that doesn’t stop us trying other stores as well. It does cause us to critique each one we go to more than most people. The pizza here was very good. It arrived at our table steaming hot and full of nice crisp vegetables on top and meat down below. The crust was the softer New York style and their sauce wasn’t sweet. A well put together pie. Fair prices and lower than average drink prices. I can’t end the review without saying something about the efficient staff who were very kind in answering a lot of questions. Thanks.
BTW the way, I saw on the Google listing that they had checked the “LGBTQ Friendly” button. These days an obligatory yet unnecessary distinction. There was no mention of being “straight friendly”. We took our chances and went in anyway. So to set your concerns aside, they are friendly as well to people who are in traditional...
