I love the wings they made, I love their wonderful flavors and this is used to be my favorite place. However this location now has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all with an extremely BAD MANAGEMENT, especially the server: ALYSSA MORGAN the team lead: RO REYES and no appearance of any manager. I have too much bad experiences with this place with either takeout or dine-in, too much bad experience that I must spend my time here to write this review so people can avoid this location and get to another Buffalo Wild Wing to enjoy BFWW’s wonderful wings with a better appetite, not with terrible experience like ours.
I went to this place Thursday night, the host told us to wait about 15-20 minutes to get the seat, and we did, even though there were a lot of empty tables (check the photo, more than 70% empty tables by that time) . After 40 minutes of waiting and seeing a lot of customers finished their food and left (more empty tables) , we were still not seated. We were asking them and they told us to wait because their kitchen was busy (which they probably were busy with a lot of takeout) and told us to go to the bar if we wouldn’t want to wait. After one hour, we asked why we were not seated. When we asked, they said the same reason. The host got inside and in 5 minutes, a lady (named ALYSSA MORGAN) shown up and raised their voice at us saying they just cannot let us seat at the table and blah. When she left without any convincing reasons and there were no signs that they would like to serve us that night after an hour long waiting, we said we would love to talk to the manager. A gentleman came out from the kitchen (which we thought was the manager who was a team lead) named RO REYES saying their kitchen was very busy and couldn’t give us table because they could not keep up with their policy on the 10 mins wait time of drink and 40 mins wait time on food and that was his job to stop more people coming in. We were standing there with the questions hanging around if we would be seated or not? No staffs would answer that and that was a total of an hour 10-minute waiting. We couldn’t do anything else but to leave.
That was great for them with a lot of takeout orders but if the restaurant is so busy and do not have enough staffs/server/cook to take care of their dine-in customer, they should just close for dine-in and switch to takeout only (which may probably bring more profits? ) . Dine-in and take-out customer should be both treated fairly. More important, no customer should be left unhappy. Good Food or Happy Meals? I may have to protect my feeling and chose happy meal somewhere else!
UPDATED ( 7 days after this original review ) : I filled out the form per below reply's instruction, I contacted the Buffalo Wild Wing Guest Service but after 7 days , still no response or any explanation. The phone they provided to me also never has someone pickup at the other end and voicemail is always full. The reply under this port just DOES NOT work. Even their Customer Service Department does NOT have customer...
Read moreWe visit this location often was therefore a birthday celebration and to watch the game Eagles and Cowboys. The bartenders was the worst experience I ever experienced anywhere the main Bartender . I’m speaking on had on a cowboy shirt, cowboy chain, blonde ponytail and was heavyset female for some reason, she just did not want to serve us. We often reached out to her and she will send another Bartender the first thing that we noticed the reason why I uploaded the picture is when we first got there we were standing up behind the seats a couple of us, me and two of my sons talking about the game coming on we got there around 6:20 and she told one of the bartenders that we couldn’t stand behind chairs that we had to be sitting down, which we was getting ready to do Later halfway through the game I noticed on the other side of bar people were standing behind people talking laughing behind other people she never once went over to tell them they needed to be sitting down mind you they was behind people that were sitting down and didn’t have a seat for them, but we were standing behind. The seat we actually gonna be sitting at I don’t know what her problem was if it’s because maybe I had an Eagles Shirt on, but it wasn’t just me. It was with everyone that was with me about (15) and everyone ticket was over $100 one of my sons stay a little longer after the game and she comes over to him and say are those your people he replies yes then she walks away. This is definitely not about color because we’re African-American and so was the two bartenders that worked that day don’t know what their problem was, but they definitely need to be talked to this was Thursday and the game was the Eagles and Cowboys. I’m sure y’all know what bartender was working that night. They don’t only need to be talked to. They need to be let go The worst experience I ever had going to this Buffalo wild wings (pearland )and we visit often this location
One bartender that needs to be promoted is Melody she’s a young Hispanic young lady that normally help us and she do a wonderful job not just for us but...
Read moreThe service we experienced on a Saturday, from being seated to discussing discrepancies on the bill, was horrendous. We waited way too long to be seated and it seemed as if the hostesses/waitresses were hiding because I didn't see a team member except the one standing behind the bar. It wasnt even busy. When we did get seated, I asked the waitress about an item that was on the menu and she told us she didn't know the menu because she was new. I told her it was OK and she did fine ordering but the order was wrong when they brought it. We ran out of drinks before our food was delivered and had to tell the individual that gave us our food that our drinks were empty (it wasn't our waitress that brought the food). Upon bringing us our food, she got my food order wrong, which was only 6 boneless wings with Bleu cheese and instead brought 6 bone-in wings and ranch. They corrected my order but when the bill came they wanted to charge me for the drinks that normally come with the kids meals which was another $6, but they took it off. They also "forgot" to add our free appetizer that we redeemed with our points, despite telling her about it prior to even ordering. I feel they just moved charges around because they charged me for both dips, even though I only wanted the Bleu cheese, when they brought the ranch, which was their fault. I had to have them change the bill 3 times. Despite them charging for the extra sauce, I really wanted to just get out of there so paid the $1.50 for the extra sauce and left. Everything is a la carte here and I believe they use it to their advantage to shuffle charges around without their customers knowing, so pay attention to your reciept when you get it and if they need to make changes remember what the total cost is to make sure erroneous charges are actually taken off and not just changed to something else. My husband likes it here so if we come back I won't be ordering and unless we get better service, won't be...
