Starbucks — Restaurant in Pearland

I went to Starbucks inside the Kroger. It was 2 young ladies. They were sweet but need to be train on fixing orders. I order one drink I always get nasty and horrible not made right or well. The lady who made my drink act weird as I asked her nicely said excuse me to pull her to the side she seem really scared and didn't know what to do like i was going to bite her or something 😂 once I told her my issue she didn't once say nothing but tap and pull the cashier to her for the cashier to talk which was okay. I told her about my drink and she offered to make a new drink she did and it was also horrible. I can tell by peoples face they agree that the drinks were poorly made and took forever as they took their time or was just slow. I was the second customer and waited over 10 minutes for my drink. Absolutely not. Went in today for a matcha latte and the server was very rude. She was an older black lady and I do t remember her name. Soon as I came up to the counter no hello no nothing I asked what was the smallest size they had, she looked at me like I was stupid and said grande with an annoyed tone, I gave her the rest of my order and then asked if they had lavender syrup to which she just said " no. " Again in that very annoyed and rude tone of voice. She then told me my total and didnt even bother asking if that was all i wanted to order? Just completely cut me off. I decided that this place doesn't deserve more of my business anyways so i just payed for what i was able to order. What kind of service is that? If I could give 0 stars I would, for the rude customer service I received today. I have come to this location plenty of times and the employees have always been upbeat and nice. Today, there was a man named Kimli working and he had the worst attitude. I was waiting for him to notice me so I could place my order & he just stood there looking at me rudely. There was no greeting at all. I mean, are you going to say something instead of standing there with disgust on your face? No "hello", "good morning", or "what can I get for you today"? So I said hello & waited for this dude to say something. I placed my order, then he rolled his eyes before fixing it. I just told him to cancel it.
