Wendy's — Restaurant in Pekin

Female Sam took our order and was very rude when saying there was not any chocolate frosty. Ok fine we will take three large speciality Frosties. She messed up on mine and when I called to let her know that mine was wrong she said she was “the only one working and she was doing the best she could”. So I let her know that the young man who took our money, made our Frosties, AND handed them to us told us to have a great evening. She even hung up on me when I let her know that I at least appreciated his kindness as I have not had a good day. So her “blaming” that she was “the only one there” was incorrect and very rudely made a point to point that out. She told me to come back and she would make it again. She didn’t make it in the first place, she took the order over the speaker and the young man made what she entered into the computer. Very disrespectful and didn’t offer to come back another time. I wouldn’t have had her remake something of mine again. She would have spit in it. Very very rude. Brownie batter frosty and Oreo cookie frosty are two totally different keys on her computer. But since she was the only one working I guess everyone just needs to go back to get their order correct. I get soda here because of the self serve machine with flavor options. I get half diet, half regular with cherry and no ice. I paid on mobile app and went in for my cup. All workers look direcetly at me but nobody offers to help. I saw the woman starts making my soda + I tried to stop her from wasting a soda but she ignored me. I called to her 3 times "Ma'am! Excuse me! Ma'am!" She ignored me while 2 other workers looked at me blankly but didn't bother to get her attention. She brings me the soda. I smiled and said "I was hoping to get my own soda at the machine." She gets a nasty look on her face and remains holding onto my soda. She pauses for a moment and rudely says ..."WHY?" I thought about explaining the whole thing to her, but decided against it. I asked "am I not allowed to get my own soda?" And she slides it over to.me with no eye contact she says "Well, Great, I just wasted a soda..." and walks away. I have a super easy solution to this. STOP IGNORING YOUR CUSTOMERS. Had she just acknowledged me she would've heard me asking straight away. Drive over to Pekin so I could dine in. Can't dine in at the Wendy's in East Peoria. I ordered the taco salad, small chilli, but no drink. I wanted iced tea, but all they had was from a Coke machine. No thanks! My order came right up, but I was confused as to why I had two small chilli's on my tray. The girl informed me that the taco salad came with a small chilli. Wish I had known that before hand. I paid for an extra chilli I didn't really want. Took my seat and I was surprised that the salad didn't have any meat on it at all. Never had a veggie taco salad before. Did have a packet of salsa to put on the salad with some sour cream along with a bag of tortilla chips. Just wasn't the same though. Wasn't up to my expectations. My chilli just seemed to be lacking in flavor. Seemed to be watered down or something I can't really put my finger on. Sure wasn't as good as the chilli I bought at a Wendy's in Litchfield last week. I may try again in the near future with a baked...
