This is literally a one-man show. The guy who owns it is an absolute wizard. He is whipping up his hometown's best authentic dishes with a couple of induction cooktops and two toaster ovens -- then you get to taste the magic.
OMG! is IMPOSSIBLE to overstate in this circumstance.
Everything is good. And I do mean everything. He even has la lingua, which is like the best pot roast you could ever have.
I'm currently stuck on the quesobirre(sp). It's like a quesadilla but with beef and he gives you this broth / soup, I'm not too sure what you're supposed to do with it, but it's darn delicious, and another sauce that's got quite a bit of kick to it. You cannot go wrong with this dish.
