Pili's Bistro Café — Restaurant in Pembroke Park

Staying in Aventura … we search for a good breakfast cafe & this one had a 4.9 rating for Pili’s.. well they weren’t wrong. This place is a hidden gem. Worth the 15min drive & would have driven further for this delicious food. The coffee and lattes were amazing. Then we had to try 3 of the best empanadas- beef, chicken & guava. They came out so warm and flaky (baked - not fried)! They melt in your mouth. Then the Pili’s sandwich was highly recommend… it was spot on. Basically, an egg Omelette on a baguette 🥖 with lettuce, onion, tomato, & this to die for mustard lemon dressing. It was hands down the best refreshing sandwich with mouth watering flavors!! It had fruits on the side. It was my birthday that day (1/10) and they brought out their poppy seed cake, with warm chocolate in the center. I was in awe. That was very kind and generous of them!!!

The owner Pilar (Pili) is an amazing chef and her daughter Florencia (Flo) was such a pleasure to have in our company & serve us. I would personally highly recommend this spot. We actually went back there on our last day before we went back to NY. 5 star ⭐️, top notch!!! Cute...

I recently visited Pili's and was genuinely impressed by the quality of the food and the overall experience. The dishes were well-prepared, flavorful, and delivered with thoughtful presentation that made every bite enjoyable.

The latte stood out as a personal favorite—rich, balanced, and smooth with a inviting aroma that lingered nicely. It perfectly complemented my meal and left me craving another cup for the ride home.

A standout part of the visit was the service. Roxanne and Yasmin were attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making the experience enjoyable. Their warmth and professionalism contributed a lot to what felt like a special, welcoming atmosphere. As soon as my wife and I stepped in, the music was chill, the overall vibe was tranquil for a Sunday morning. Having lived in Miami for over a decade, I'm SO happy to have found this place. Not necessarily a hole in the wall, but definitely a diamond amongst all the small diners in Broward county. I'll gladly drive across the border for a lighter crowd. The hostess was very professional and was quick with everything! Kudos to her! And the breakfast, yeah, as many have mentioned so well prepared and cooked.
