Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not go here after hours. They are open 24/7 in the drive thru but it isn't worth it. Either wait till morning or find another Dunkin. The employees they have here working at night are terrible and can't make simple coffee correctly. They do a half assed job I guess because they think they can get away with it because it's midnight and no one is going to care but people do care. I've come here multiple times at midnight to get some coffee and I've always had the same bad experience and I'm done with this store. I tell them exactly how I want my iced coffee made and they ALWAYS make it wrong or make it how they want to. I always ask for whip cream with my iced coffee and they ALWAYS "forget" I feel like they do that on purpose just so they can do less work. How is it that every time I go and ask for the same thing they always get it wrong and never give me the whip cream until I confront them and tell them they forgot the whip cream... again. And then when they do put in the whip cream they put in this tiny amount it doesn't even go to the top of the lid how it's supposed to. I hope the manager sees this and makes some correction with their night time employees and re-train them or put new people on night time shift because the current ones are slackers. Aside from that I always ask for an caramel iced latte with an extra pump of caramel normal sugar and that's always how I've got it at every Dunkin' Donuts so I know how it's supposed to taste but when I get it here they put no sugar because it taste so bitter and they never put the extra pump of caramel if even any caramel at all because it doesn't taste sweet it just taste like plain iced coffee with milk....

They had 6 people working there and they are all sleep or lost! They worst service … Ordered a pumpkin 🎃 signature and iced latte and got so thing with no whips or cinnamon sugar on top … when I said to the lady isn’t it a signature in missing the whip cream and sugar cinnamon- she was dumbfounded and said to “ well I won’t have either” so I asked why didn’t anyone tell me when ordering her response” well I didn’t know they didn’t tell you” no apology as If I was the issue at hand not the fact that no one told me that they didn’t have all the ingredients to make the drink. At these prices, I could be going to Starbucks right across the street. They told me that I would’ve canceled my order, but of course nobody knows anything there. nobody tells anything to anybody and it’s just a bunch of lost people. Don’t waste your time or energy there. Go to Starbucks you’ll get way Better service and way better quality coffee. The manager was there and did nothing about it. No apology just kept going on with her day. This place is going down and this is why they have 3.7 star review. Not even renovating this place can make...

If i could give it a zero I would. This location used to be really good but lately it has just been screwing up every single time. You can definitely tell that the management is slacking. I went there recently on two separate occasions. One time they messed up one of the drinks, and today they did not have the drinks ready, despite having order way ahead. It wasn't like they were busy either, when I went they only had 1 customer, yet they still didn't have drinks ready, even though I had order way ahead! Also when i went to the drive through to pick up the order (there was no one in the drive thru at all) the guy had told me to pull up to the front that they would bring it out. This did not happen and I had to go in to get the drinks, I don't understand why they couldn't just let me wait for them at the drive thru where it would have been more convenient for everyone, mind you there was no one at the drive thru, and only one customer was inside the store. If you can avoid this store pls do, they do a poor job and the customer service is bad. Go to another Dunkin, or go to the Starbuck located across, they do a...
