KFC — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

There was an employees hair found in my food which is very unsanitary and unprofessional. This means that employees were not wearing hairnets while preparing the food . Or touched their hair with the preparation gloves on…. Update so I went to this location on Christmas Eve of 2022 and was treated so badly. I placed an online order and waited the a lot of time to pick up my order. I was told by a manager on duty that way she was a fat lady that there were no orders in the system for me, and because there were no orders in the system she cannot serve me the food that I had paid, for. I would have to call customer service and receive a refund which, of course you all may know that it’s gonna take approximately 3 to 5 business days , especially the fact that it’s a holiday so there was no money for me to get any food. This location is very ghetto. I’ve contacted the district manager he’s spoken to them every time I go there I’m being told that I can no longer visit the store anymore. I’m being turned away constantly And I know I’m being discriminated against because I have spoken up for myself with that being said I have been embarrassed by employees there being told that I could not be served lied on being told that district manager said not to serve me when I go to the store, I’ve spoken to district managers on the phone, and been told that those were lies that were being told Just understand that this is of vital lawsuit. Going to a restaurant to get food turns into having enemies that I don’t even know that it’s supposed to be working and being of service...

I went to buy two kids meals for my kids ages 2 and 3. I had to wait 3 minutes for the popcorn chicken. Okay, sure. When it was finally ready more than 3 minutes later, the manager/supervisor brought them out. I told her one of the Caprisun drinks was cold and the other one was warm. She replied, "What do you want me to do about that? There was only one cold" as if it was not her issue to handle. I said, "Okay, well then can I get two cups with ice? I can just pour the drinks in." She instructed me to drive back around because apparently she couldn't be bothered anymore. I drove back around. The girl at the window proceeded to give me two so-called "courtesy" plastic solo cups with no lids. I told her they are for little toddlers that she could clearly see was in the back seat. She said she couldn't give me the regular cups with lids. Ummm, what??? You gave me a warm juice to feed to my toddler, and you can't give me a cup with a lid???!!! The same manager/supervisor came to the window and said "give me back the juices and I'll give you other drinks." I told her I didn't want to give my kids soda and insisted a cup with ice and a lid would be fine and I can pour the juice in. She adamantly said she couldn't do that. Located in the Pines Palm Office Park Plaza, this KFC is just walking distance from the pediatric dentist I take my kids to. The drive-thru had a line so I opted to go inside. Much larger than the Sheridan location, the restaurant was clean and there was plenty of table seating for customers. KFC's menu offers a variety of chicken meals in either original recipe, extra crispy, or grilled. There's also sandwiches, sides, dessert, and cold beverages at reasonable prices.

I was immediately greeted by a male employee who took my order of the $5 two piece fill up value meal, which consisted of two piece chicken (drum & thigh), a chocolate chip cookie, a biscuit, a medium drink, and a choice of side (mashed potatoes). You may also choose another side for $1 extra. I really didn't want a thigh and the male employee was nice enough to give me two drumsticks instead. My fill up box was handed to me nice and hot within five minutes.

There were no complaints from me. The chicken was hot, crispy, and flavorful on the outside, while tender and juicy on the inside. The mashed potatoes with gravy was very creamy. The chocolate chip cookie was warm and soft, and the biscuit was warm and flaky. As a person who is not a big fan of fried chicken, you can never go wrong with KFC chicken, it is really finger...
