What happened to Taco Bell's service? I used to come to this place to escape the bad service from the burger joints. Taco Bell's service used to be above places like McDonald's, Burger King and even Wendy's, but now they have joined them in providing mediocre service. What ever happened to customer satisfaction? It seems to be a thing of the past. I starter to come to this location because out the other two locations in my area, this seemed to be the better one. But lately they've been consistently declining in service. Last night I ordered @ the drive thru and when I got to the window I asked the guy if I could add one more thing to the order. He said I had to go around and order again. I have done this many times with no issues and never had someone tell me to go around a second time. I told the guy, I'm already here, what do you mean go around again. He said I had to go and order @ the drive thru. If it wasn't cause I made the mistake and had already paid for the order, I would have left this place and leave them with the order there. Just another Taco Bell I won't be visiting anymore. Read moreThe order was around 330 am and the food was over priced and cold. My beef burrito supreme had no beef at all. Cold nasty and the crunchy tacos were not crunchy. Look I know you're closing at 4am but at least if you aren't going to give warm food get the ingredients correct for what they charge here just go to Burger King around the corner instead I should have it would have been half the price and probably at least warm. Sorry y'all need to hire grown ups and pay the night shift a bit better and pay them to stay a bit later to put the food away in the fridge after close. Read moreJamie G is a huge asset to your team! She deserves a raise for all she does to ensure customers are happy. I think the biggest thing is I don't feel like a number when I work with her. She always greets me with a nice warm smile. I always look forward to my visits whenever she is there because I know she will always make sure the order is placed correctly, she reads it back to me and reviews the pricing and order efficiently. I have never had service like this at any restaurant, especially on busy weekdays. Jaime G has such a positive attitude and excellent customer service. She is truly exceptional and I hope her hard work is noticed!
