I went to buy a chicken today when I placed the order to the cashier I recommended that I put sauces in my order I got home I opened the bag and there wasn't even a packet of sauce there I was very hungry and it made me very angry since that was the first thing I recommended to the cashier second I have a service dog and they wouldn't want it to be in the place which is incorrect since I have all the documentation that it is a service dog and educated I left very upset and finally I got home to dinner and nothing appeared what I talked about and asked the cashier at the house I felt very bad about this whole situation on my part I will never return and on my part I will not give them a star I am so angry my time is valuable and my money too and service dogs in the United States are very valuable. something that personally they have no knowledge about this I will never return to this place .. and the food is very salty and the soft drinks are very sweet. and the food is very salty and the soft drinks...

Third time ordering online for pickup. Each time patiently for my turn to be serviced at the online order pickup. Today was the worse. Waited 14 mins after my food was ready to get served. Each time I go, They literally helped everyone in line in which I walk up to the register after and pick up ky order. I had let them know there is a sign for online pickup where I’m standing, and the acknowledged they know, however thru check out 6 people ahead of me before I had a chance to talk to one of them. 1, 2 times I can consider perhaps it’s because the staff is new. But 3? Sorry but I’m not the rude type to get attention so I can be served. I stay silent and stand patiently looking at the staff waiting for my turn.

I placed an order this evening through the drive-through received my order and I was missing my french fries. The chicken was very salty. Kind of reminded me of KFC. The sides were very small and the mac & cheese was a bit too mushy. I also ordered an Horchata and all I tasted was pure cinnamon. It was definitely not mixed well. I got a three-piece and a four piece and one empanada two Horchata’s came out to about $41 a bit overpriced. I think I’m better off sticking to La Brasa across the street which is much better and more economically better! Honestly, I’m very sad and disappointed with my experience.
