This was one of the grilled chicken restaurants we went to when we were in the area, it will definitely not happen again, no comparison with what it was before and not to mention that it is nothing like the other place in plantation, at least I do not recommend anyone to place an order and pick it up, they give you the chicken from the day before or the one that was not sold early, who is not going to notice when you are left with the bone in your hand and the chicken falls stiff and dry to the plate, the portion of potatoes for a whole chicken is half of what they serve you at the plantation restaurant, if you ask for a spicy sauce or ask if they put it in your order, they assure you that they do, but It is not true, they give you another hot sauce, not the one you ask for. When we asked why they did this, they told us that they gave us what they had because they were preparing the other one. In short, they give you what they have, not what you ask for. I don't know what happened to this restaurant, it used to be a good place to find respectable grilled chicken, the prices are lower than Plantation's but that doesn't mean that's why they're going to sell reheated chicken, my husband called to stay away from this, be careful, we already know that this is a product that they do not give you for free, you are paying for service and quality, the answer was that we returned and they changed our order, can you imagine being on your way home tired, you buy something eat because you are definitely not going to cook and after all this you have to drive back, God forgive me, no one ate that chicken, one by one they threw it away. Abigail the cashier's attention was good, trying to repair the damage but, I think it's all part of the management of that restaurant,...
Read moreI would suggest manager Diego to be careful with the service this restaurant provides to their clients..today I was there and ordered a fried calamari..I expected it to be served as it normally should be presented. This is not the first time that I have this ordered (not in this place) and know what I was expected..but happened that they brought me , on a small dish, a side dish, a portion of calamari plain..!!! I paid $13 for something like that , that looked like a side dish!!! A small portion of just calamari. if Diego dont know how this plate is presented or served please find out..go to a good Peruvian restaurant and find out..what you are doing is unacceptable ...I called the waitress and ask to change it for a 1/4 chicken with fries..but Diego did not want to give me the difference in price!!! It was like $8 That is not acceptable...what is the reason for him to keep MY MONEY and even they wanted to give me a dessert to compensate the difference in price, is not ok as I wanted my money!!!..he should be more professional to handle this kind of situations. It does not look good that you just don't want to return the money as that is not the correct and decent way to proceed...need to improve your customer service and of course the food!!! Or you personally speak with the client and explain the reasons instead of sending the waitress with the message...need to learn a lot and even if it is $1. Or much more you MUST return the money in a case like...
Read moreI called to place an order and to see if they had a specific food today (they don't always have all of their menu items. They run out/don't make things frequently). I asked "Do you have..." in English. The person told me they don't speak English. I asked (in English) if anyone spoke English, which was clearly understood and responded no to. I repeated the question. "No, noone." (He answered in English). My husband called 10 min later in Spanish to order. The only reason he bothered is everywhere else locally was out of Cau Cau, which is what my husband, who is Peruvian, wanted for 7/28. When he picked up, he said I had tried to call and was basically told so what, that they do not have or need anyone who speaks English. My husband believes this was the manager. Said he was very rude and more or less mocked him asking "Is it illegal not to speak English?"
A store in Miami was just DRAGGED for this same situation all over the news, and that's MIAMI. This location is Pembroke Pines (most common language is English) on the edge of Davie (most definitely predominantly English). No apologies, no sorry we couldn't help your wife when she called, just a "We don't need English speaking employees, and by...
